I had a pipe burst behind my toilet and water was rushing out all over my bathroom floor and out into the hallway carpet in less than 60 seconds! I turned off the water from outside the house and called A1 plumming they did an excellent job, there was great communication and very punctual. Seamless. I will be using them for all my plumming needs. 5 star!

Does the required annual back flow testing on our sprinkler system. Handles filing all paperwork with city for reasonable price. Just replaced garbage disposal and faucet - one I bought and one I purchased from them. I appreciate the flexibility, reasonable prices, and prompt/professional service.

Parked on my lawn and left a huge divot despite their being plenty of parking next to the lawn. I spoke with the manager about a refund of the service fee and got blown off initially. It was not until I told them that I was going to show up at their office that I got some results. I do not recommend

We had gone for two weeks with a horrid smell in our back room and bathroom but couldn't figure out what it was. We thought it was a sewer leak, but It eventually went away, we thought. However, we still had the plumber, Jason, come to see how we could prevent it from happening again. He walked into the room, and even though we could no longer smell it and had had the windows open for hours, Jason pinpointed the cause, two dead mice in the wall, within minutes. He got them out and we were really really impressed and grateful for his awesome nose and his persistence in solving the problem. Thank you A-!!!

Had a water leak between the meter and house, A-1 was our first call. The response had us on our heels, regarding the resolution and cost. We decided best to get another opinion.
The result a 1,000.00 cheaper and a better plan for resolution. The end result was timely and quality work.
My suggestion, it is always a good idea to get a second opinion.

We had an outdoor pipe burst on a Saturday in the middle of a snow storm that caused us to shit off the water. I texted a bunch of people for plumber recommendations and A-1 got multiple stellar recommendations. They were the only place I called with an after hours line and it took me straight to a person. $89 to come out after hours and $39 to come out during hours, all further cost is the same! They scheduled to come out 9-11 that night and shortly thereafter even got a call from the plumber that he could come right away! They came, they fixed, we had water all within 2 hours of us calling and for a reasonable price! I will absolutely use them for future needs!

These guys were fantastic!

I had to call around for a last minute clog in our mainline that was time sensitive and quite embarrassing (as we had guests staying with us.)

The operator was quick to assess the readiness of the fleet and assured me they would do what they could on such short notice. Their 3 hour quote was better than everyone else in town and their customer service agent was kind and understanding.

Most important (listen close, Walla Walla) they were PROMPT and on-time and didn't show up hours (or even a day) after they quoted me. This is much different from most of the service and contractors in town who tend to just get to you when they feel like it (""Walla Walla Time')

As I type this review, I'm currently waiting for their main competitor, Roto-Rooter, to assess a separate issue (not my choice- my landlord's) and they are already 2 hours late and counting. This is standard from my experience in town.

The A-1 tech was super helpful, knowledgeable, clear about the issue and walked me through everything he was doing. It was informative and allowed for a thorough assessment for us for a long-term solution.

I appreciate this level of service in this community. They will always get my recommendation!

Two technicians just installed a new dishwasher for me. They were polite, knowledgeable, and tidy. They arrived within the two hour stated time, and were done in an hour. I will use them again. Since I usually do repairs myself, I thought the cost was high. After checking on the web I found out their fee was very reasonable.
