We had our water stop completely on Sunday evening of Labor Day Weekend. Mario was dispatched to our place 45 minutes away and stayed for a couple hours trying to troubleshoot the problem. Gave us next steps in who to call etc and was extremely helpful with a great attitude. We're very grateful!

Trever was very informative as I try to DIY small projects, but it turned out I installed my sink incorrectly. He fixed my mistake and showed me how it was supposed to be installed so I learned how to do it right next time. The price was fair too, so overall I would recommend them... They also came out within 24 hours of me calling them so I appreciated their expediency.

Philip and Mike came and fixed my water break and the point where it connects to the water line. Philip came first on a Saturday when we had a baby shower going on and identified the problem and stopped the massive leak underground that I had without shutting off the main line. He came back three days later along with Mike and dug down 3 feet to fix the problem. They did an excellent job on the repair and putting my lawn back in place.

These guys were professional in their approach to the job and very personable as well as the person I spoke to on the phone to confirm the appointment whose name was Kyle. Highly recommend using A-1 Plumbing!

I had a pipe burst behind my toilet and water was rushing out all over my bathroom floor and out into the hallway carpet in less than 60 seconds! I turned off the water from outside the house and called A1 plumming they did an excellent job, there was great communication and very punctual. Seamless. Does the required annual back flow testing on our sprinkler system. Handles filing all paperwork with city for reasonable price. Just replaced garbage disposal and faucet - one I bought and one I purchased from them. I appreciate the flexibility, reasonable prices, and prompt/professional service.

Parked on my lawn and left a huge divot despite their being plenty of parking next to the lawn. I spoke with the manager about a refund of the service fee and got blown off initially. It was not until I told them that I was going to show up at their office that I got some results. I do not recommend

We had gone for two weeks with a horrid smell in our back room and bathroom but couldn't figure out what it was. We thought it was a sewer leak, but It eventually went away, we thought. However, we still had the plumber, Jason, come to see how we could prevent it from happening again. He walked into the room, and even though we could no longer smell it and had had the windows open for hours, Jason pinpointed the cause, two dead mice in the wall, within minutes. He got them out and we were really really impressed and grateful for his awesome nose and his persistence in solving the problem. Thank you A-!!!
