I would like to thank Trish (service) and Jeremy (tech). They were professional and got us cooled down. They were swamped due to unseasonably warm temps and everyone calling at once to start coolers or for AC work. Called around and they got us taken care of in days not weeks.Both are real assets and are appreciated. Highly recommend!

On Saturday, I scheduled an appointment for Signature to come out to my house on Tuesday at 5:00 pm to give me a quote for the installation of a mini split system which I am excited to purchase. I received a confirmation call on Monday which I did not answer because I was driving. I listened to the message which confirmed my appointment, instructing me to call back if I had questions. I did not have questions so I didn't call back and assumed all was good. I raced home after work to meet with Signature on Tuesday as scheduled but they stood me up. I called their office and was told that no one was coming because I didn't return the call. I told this company that I am buying a new HVAC system BUT NOT FROM THEM. Such crummy non-existent service!!!

I brought in Aire Mechanical for a second opinion about the current state of my furnace as well as a furnace servicing. What a complete difference from the first company!! Matt was a trustworthy fellow who gave solid advice and eased my concerns without even knowing what the first company had stated. And that first company quoted me $3,000 for repairs and reconstruction...AMI's service call was only $150.00 and my furnace is just fine...

Definitely go with Aire Mechanical and try to get Matt if you can.

Cornelius came out and unclogged our sink. Took him little time (less than 10 minutes) and he cleaned up after himself. He was polite and responsive and he didn't charge us anything as he said he didn't break a sweat. It was unbelievable and so refreshing for a company to have such integrity. It is rare. On top of that he was very nice! This is our plumbing company forever.

We had the pleasure to have Korco and Cornelius remove and install a new water heater at our house. Very responsive and showed up as promised. Cornelius replaced all gas lines and joints. He tested the unit and he tested our water quality. He removed and took away the old water heater. He gave us a tutorial on how to maintain this new unit. The new water heater is a better quality than Home Depot in that it is made in the USA and is made with better steel. This unit is easier to get replacement parts.

Next project is a new water softener that is tailored to the water test results we have from our HOA water well.

We highly recommend Korco and Cornelius. They will be our plumbing solutions in the future.

Cornelius is the best! Honest, dependable and they do excellent work. So, you say you have to pay a premium for such excellent work? NOPE! I checked Home Depot and Lowes and got my premium hot water heater installed for HUNDREDS less WITH another year more of extended warranty. Outstanding products, outstanding installation, outstanding service!!!

Don't overpay for mediocre service. Cornelius, you are the absolute greatest! You are the FIRST and ONLY plumber I am ever going to call!!
