Jessica M.My home warranty company used this plumber to come out to my home to fix an issue with my hot water heater. They sent an individual out who couldn't even light the pilot light, my husband had to show him how to... then the plumber FaceTime with who we could only assume was his boss the rest of the time. He informed us they needed to get a part but it would get done in 2-3 days tops and we would hear from them asap ... three days later no word. I've called 6 times left several voicemails nothing. My warranty company got ahold of them and discovered they JUST ordered the part, may be here in an additional four days then they would schedule the follow up... meanwhile that will be 9 days without hot water. I get shipping delays but don't avoid your customers. Look elsewhere for a plumbing company.
