Erin S.My business and I have used A1 plumbing before but will never be returning again. It has taken weeks for me to be contacted back, even after being told twice that I would get a call back right away. When I finally was able to talk to Tom on the phone, he was rude but still promised a call back. Days later I followed up AGAIN and he was rude again and hung up.
I will never recommend them to anyone. This is not how to treat loyal customers.
Heather Z.These guys are really nice, and they do good work, but they are super busy these days so communication is an issue. They don't return phone calls right away and their schedule makes it hard to set up an appointment. I would use them again, but hpefully the economy will allow them to staff up better.
I do appreciate the owner and his genuine, warm personality. He was honest, fair and his pricing is very good.
