My experience has been very good. They came to my old house and performed only the work I requested. Prior to performing work, Dave explained the work necessary. Also, I had one additional area I wanted repaired. Prior to replacing the spigot, I was informed of the potential additional work that could be required. I agreed, and they were capabale to perform the additional work required with a fair cost. Only on request did they tell me what else should be monitored for the future. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.
