Annette B.After being referred to A1 plumbing from my propane company-(I asked the same thing you may be thinking-what does propane have to do with plumbing? They said they did that too), I called A1 and spoke with the owner Darryl. I explained I had just had a new range delivered and needed to change the natural gas to LP-propane. I told him the range came with the kit. He said it would be no problem. After asking several questions, I was assured it would be no problem again. When he got to my house, he looked at the directions in the kit for approximately 2 minutes and then said he couldn't do it. He charged me $60.00 for something I had been assured over the phone would be no problem. What a rip off!!!! I wouldn't trust their business practices!
