I started my journey in the 1970s, working for just a handful of companies. I started with a family-run business led by Bruce Campbell in Laguna Beach, a brilliant individual who initiated a plumbing training program in 1933; I learned a great deal from him. Next, I shifted to commercial construction while pursuing business law at UC Irvine. I found such joy in construction that I continued on this path.
Eventually, I went back to Kansas and spent several years working for the president of PHCC. After that, I settled in Lake Lotawana, near Blue Springs, MO, working for Frank Stasy, another PHCC associate. It was there that I met my wife; we married and returned to California, where she was from. I then worked for George Brazil, the president of the National PHCC. When they were sold to consolidators, I decided to start my own business and never looked back. It has been a fulfilling journey.

Only read them I gave them a one is because I am on able to give zero. Was having a problem with the AC they came out and told me I had to replace the whole thing. I ended up getting a second opinion. Right now air came out and it ended up just being that the condensation wasn't able to come out of the pipe because it had dropped and hit the floor. Right now air fixed it and my AC runs perfect

Please do not use this service. The work was done fine, the problem was our credit card information was used at several local places. We were also double charged and when we called on it, we were told his wife takes care of the billing. But we never got a credit. We had to go through our credit card company. I would actually like to give 0 stars but that is not possible.

I manage 5 rental units in Vallejo and there was a problem with the furnace not working.
Jim came out and charged me $64.50 to tell me that the heater was too old and
needed to be replaced for $4250. It was under the house so he said that he
couldn't go to check it out because he had bad knees.
I then told him about a leaking toilet. Upon opening the tank, he pointed to want
appeared to be a crack and said that it needed to be replaced immediately to
prevent the bathroom flooding. The new toilet would cost $568.
I then contacted another company and it turned out that the thermostat was
wired incorrectly. We then went to check the toilet and the crack truned out
to be some dirt.
He would have ripped of my boss to a tune of over $5,500 for no reason. He as
a contractor's license too and I would never do business with him again.
I could have lost my job because I trused him. On top of that he had the gaul
to give me a bill for $64.50 for his ""expertise.""

I have referred this company to my customers a few times and they are honest and quick to respond. They are a safe bet for any plumbing or hvac problem that you might have.
