Love love love A1 Haney Plumbing!!! We have used them for years !!! We just moved into a new house & needed alot of Plumbing work done. Called them & spoke with Eric & Dawn they made sure that our work was done in a timely manner. Nathan, Tom, Kurt & Tyler were very professional when they came to replace faucets & stools, And to hook up our dishwasher & icemaker. Today we are getting a new washer & dryer they are right on top of hooking them up for us. Thank you all !!! If anyone ever needs Plumbing work I would highly recommend using them.

Dishwasher installed on Monday. Thursday, I find water seeping out from dishwasher area.

I go down to basement and see massive ceiling damage. Drywall chunks are dangling, water is dripping - all from the area directly under the dishwasher. I open the bottom panel and look under the dishwasher and found lots of water with bits of washed off food. Called A1 Haney about problem and stopped using the dishwasher.

A1 was busy and could not come out until Tuesday (yes, even though we had water dripping from our ceiling, they were busy for 5 days). We shut off water line to dishwasher, got out fans, and dehumidifier running. A1 comes out, pulls out dishwasher. They grab their tools and crawl around inside of opening, doing stuff I can not see, saying they are ""tightening lines"". They say ""everything looks fine, the problem is not from our work"". I ask them to leave the dishwasher out as they take off. We use dishwasher 6+ times now and everything is bone dry, zero problems with machine or leaking water.

I call and speak with the owner, Eric. He says the issue is not from their work and they refuse to pay for any damage. We now have to turn it into our home owners with the $500 deductible and ding to our policy from having to have used it. Insurance says the issue seems open and shut, with A1 Haney being at fault. That they will go after the company's insurance. Very disappointed in company for not standing behind their mistakes.

We had a frozen pipe from our kitchen sink and the water wouldn't go down. We called A-1 Haney plumbing and he came out as fast as humanly possible. Nathan was great and knowledgable of our situation, and went through the steps to unclog the drain , fixed the drain with his parts. After that he briefed us on how to deal with it in the future and preventative measures. I will go through them all the time now , very extremely reasonable low cost high performance plumber !!!

I've used A-1 Haney Plumbing a few times now and if I would have to summarize my experiences, I would have to say this is a company with honest people doing honest work. I say this despite the projects I had done coming in higher than anticipated and the issues that came up.

The company, the workers, and the owner want to do the right thing the right way and want their customers to be satisfied. I would, and have, recommended this plumbing service to others.

A 1 Haney Plumbing is awesome. I have used them for years. Any time I have needed their service they have always been happy and willing to help no matter what time of day. They really bailed me out last winter when my neighbors piped had burst while I was watching her house. I called them and they were out right away to find the problem and fix it.
