Brandon did two jobs for me, and both were done with great professionalism and good pricing.
1. Our home inspector noted a dripping pipe in the basement, which leads out to the sewer. One guy insisted it meant we needed to replace our whole sewer, without even a site visit. Another said the whole joint is bad. Brandon said it looked like the joint just sweats in the humidity, and suggested a humidifier. Some of the lead plug at the top of the joint was also corroded. Brandon fixed that lead plug, and helped get our new humidifier to drain into the sewer. Saved us a ton of money.
2. After some hucksters redid our bathroom poorly, we noticed a smell coming from the tub. Brandon came out and found they hadn't installed a trap, and sewer gas was backing up into the bathroom. He fixed it within a week.
I would recommend Brandon to anyone who needs either plumbing or general house work. He's professional, plain spoken, and good at his job.

Top notch customer service right here! I had a leak spring up on my main pipe feeding the entire house. Called this company and Brandon had asked to send pictures so he could estimate a quote. At this point, I had two other quotes who were priced very high. Brandon came back extremely reasonable, but wasn't able to get out to my house until after the weekend, on Monday. I explained I had that it was an emergency and I am not sure I could wait that long. When he heard me say that I shut off the water to the entire house, he said he'll call right back, and next thing I know, a guy (Eric) was on his way. Couldn't be more happier with that right there.

Eric came on by, took a quick look, ran out and guy a couple of parts. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Extremely professional, quick, and explained everything to me of what he did.

This is the first time I used this company, but certainly not the last. Do yourself a favor. If you're reading this review, call them up and get an estimate. That's the least you could do.

Brandon was great.

Our water heater and cast iron sewer pipe decided to leak at the same time.

Despite it being the holiday season, Brandon came out the next day and was able to assess the situation and gave us very knowledgable information.

He was willing to work with us on the price and got the work done within the week.

We had a slow leak from a section of cast iron drain pipe that wasn't replaced when the rest of the plumbing was upgraded. Brandon was amazing. Needed to replace the cast iron sections of our sanitary drain pipe because of cracks which were causing water leaks in our basement with a very unpleasant smell. Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time and got the job done in one morning. Agree with all the great reviews of Brandon here. He's very responsive and easy to coordinate with via texts and calls. Both times he came for an appointment, he texted updates on his ETA and was always on time or even early. He replaced an old toilet really quickly and we've been really happy with it since.
