Called Neil who came by in like 20minutes as he was heading off - he diagnosed the problem and said needed to replace
But before buying a new one he told me to visit the company website to see if I could get a free replacemenT
Long story short he replaced it the next day in between a major job because he knows I have a newborn and needed it fixed ASAP
He is great! Highly recommend.
