My wife was recommended by a friend to contact A-1 Comfort Care Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They were very helpful from the initial customer service call over the phone. My wife called with a request to have our A/C serviced and A1 comfort help setup an appointment and we booked a service appointment 2 days later. They helped identified the unit we had so that a technician would better be able to help. Frank O'Brien the technician who came out to provide service was careful to explain how to properly use, monitor and care for the system after he fixed our issue with the air conditioner. We are very satisfied with their very fair rates, and excellent service.

I have nothing but great things to say about A-1! Frank and his team have been working with my family for years and have yet to disappoint. Super friendly, professional, onetime and most of all honest are just a few words to describe A-1. Their prices are great and their work is impeccable! They've done everything from installing our A/C unit, repairing our hot water heater, and today installing a new furnace which I will say is working perfectly. I will never use anyone other then A-1 and I highly recommended you do the same. Thanks again guys!
