The accounting department is a mess. I just received 22 invoices dating back to a year ago. If you are a building manager, don't call this company. This is going to be a nightmare trying to collect money from past owners that don't even own the unit any longer.....

Had the broken main shut off valve replaced in the condo unit. Because of the good reviews in Yelp, I contacted them to replace the valve. Like some of the plumbers that quoted a flat price , they quoted a time and materials quote. I went with them, because I wanted a quality job and figured pricing like that would insure it. The main office was easy to deal with. They were familiar with the complex that they were gonna install the valve in, plus they had a plumber who has worked in the complex, so I set up an appointment to get him to do the job. They had to order parts to complete the work. They contacted me when the parts came in and we set up the appointment. That day before the appointment, they texted me to make sure we were all set. Andrew the plumber contacted me when he arrived ( on time) and I contacted the site manager to shut off the water to the building. He explained to me what he was going to do, before he started. He was conscientious and did a quality job. When he finished , he cleaned up everything and you never knew he was there. We tested everything and it worked perfectly. I can not say enough how good Andrew was. If I need any more plumbing done, this is the company I am going to do business with.

Had a clogged drain in shower and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. Showed up on time and cleaned the drain right away.

i usually don't write reviews but this company is at total scam!! i paid this company to clean out the sewer 2 days ago and today it was backed up again. i called them to let them know that it was backed up so they came in today to clean the same pipe and charged me for it again. they don't do it right the 1st time and charges you for a 2nd time. it's not right! they also cleaned the sewer on my other properties before and this time they charged me for the machine they needed to use to clean the sewer as well. beware of hidden charges and a lousy job. if i could give 0 stars i would. this company sucks!!!

Don't call anyone else! We bought a brand new dishwasher to install that had an issue of connecting to an older plumbing system in the house. I was quoted by one company, almost $300 more than we paid for the dishwasher, and another company told us they wouldn't be able to do it without a lot of extra, expensive steps. Josh showed up on time, worked quick, and got the job done in about an hours time and it was VERY affordable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dad: ""Starla, use your shower at least once a week"" Me: *Then uses the bathroom as the fur baby's room and doesn't use the shower"" One year later...*tries the shower faucet*...leaking ensues. I should have listened to my dad. As a first time homeowner, I didn't realize you really need to use your other bathroom vs using it as a room for your fur baby. My dad recommended I call A-1 because they also did work for his place. I listened this time! It was my first time calling a company do to any kind of work for my home. I called and the guy taking my call was very friendly and helpful. I requested Paul (per my dad's recommendation) and I was surprised that Paul would be able to help me the next day. But due to other plans, I had Paul come a few days later. I was able to text some pictures of my faucet which I thought was helpful. The day prior, I also got a reminder text which was also very appreciated. On the day of, Paul came on time (we were the first job of the day). He was very professional and informative. My dad likes him because he's thorough. He did a great job of fixing my leaky shower handle. I am glad I listened to my dad and called A-1. I'll be sure to call them for other plumbing issues that arise in the future!

I called on a Sunday and was answered right away. Manu came by and looked at the problem and fixed it right away! Then I asked him to look at my shower. I was having issues with the pressure. He cleaned the shower head and fixed the down spout and now it works fabulous! After both jobs were done Manu asked if there was anything else he could do for me. It seems like a small thing but it was very sincere. I have called this company many times and have never been disappointed!

Had A-1 Sam & Bob replace the water heater and two toilets with ones that they provided. They called right before the two plumbers were headed to our house and completed the replacements within 2 hours. Both Sam & Bob were super friendly and knowledgeable and their prices were very fair and affordable. Definitely will contact them again to replace the water heater valves in the future.

We scheduled an appointment for their plumber to come out and hook up our gas dryer. They had to reschedule because they were short staffed and the one plumber they did have was sick. They rescheduled for the following week. The plumber came, did his job and explained to us that we need a conversion kit for our dryer. He was nice, quick and explained things well
