Brad B.I had a sewer backup issue with a house full of guests and needed someone to clear the blockage. I wanted to support a local business so I waited until 7:30 the next day to call A1Brown Plumbing. The person who answered said she was 5 minutes away from the office and would call me right back. After 30 minutes I had to called in again to be told they were working on the schedule right then and she would call me back in a few minutes. After waiting over an hour I decided to call another company that came right out. A1 finally called me back at 2:15 to say they could come out later today and said they were just finishing up an emergency call. I explained that I no longer needed them and had they just called me back as promised earlier in the day to let me know the issue l might have used them.
