I am actually very surprised at these service reviews as I have had nothing but good experiences with Rodney Morales Plumbing over the last 2 years. I own several health clubs in the area,rental homes and my own personal residence and in all,he has completed jobs. A couple of very complicated projects as well. He has always performed good work at a good price. Never had a problem with him running off with money. I forwarded him money for supplies in a couple of the big projects and he always returned to complete everything in a very timely manner. I will repeat.... I am very astonished at these most recent reviews and I will continue to use his services.

BEWARE! Rodney Morales- just search his name and you'll understand. But unfortunately, we did not search his name before hand. My husband and I hired Rodney to replace our water heater. He came, started working, told us there's a leak in one of our underground pipes and it needed to be replaced, along with the wiring to the water heater. We made the horrible mistake of paying him up front- NEVER GIVE EVERYTHING UP FRONT! He installed the water heater(mostly but not completely), put the pipe underground, but didn't connect our water back up. 4 days we went without running water, because each day he came up with a new excuse to not show up. Day 1 it was a car accident, day 2 it was a snake bite, day 3 it was the weather(to which was only bad for an hour, if he had showed up in the morning when he said he would, the weather would've been fine). Day 4, he told us the night before he'd be there first thing in the morning. Morning rolls around, my husband calls him 5 times with no answer, I texted him at 10:30 and he said he was at a follow up doctor's appointment for his snake bite. If you had a doctor's appointment, why would you promise to be there first thing in the morning? Why would you dodge my husband's calls but answer to me? We took matters into our own hands and hired a different plumber from a different company. These people got EVERYTHING finished and fixed, water flowing, in one hour- IN THE POURING RAIN, TOO. We asked Rodney for a partial refund and he continues to refuse and say that if we were just a little more patient, he would've been there. Do. Not. Hire. Do you research!

Hired Rodney Morales of A1 Best Services (invoice also called the company Mnm Services) to install a new water heater, PRV valve, & overflow tank. JOb seemed to go well on day of install in early January, but we immediately noticed within a day or so water pressure issues in the house, especially when a toilet flushed the flow on any sink, shower, etc. greatly decreased. We notified Rodney within a couple of days of the original install of these issues and he said it should be a quick fix and under his written warranty. Nearly 4 months have passed now, numerous texts, email messages, phone calls and still has not shown up despite promising over and over that he would, and making an incredible number of excuses, some of which are just downright ridiculous. He does not honor his promises, his commitments, or his warranty, and now we are hiring another plumber to correct the issues he promised to fix quickly 3 1/2 months ago. Do not hire this man or company, as he won't deliver the services you would expect from any competent plumber.

Google Rodney Morales before you hire him or A-1 Services! I own a gym and contracted them on 10/28/20 to help with an overflow. After over 1mo, our bathrooms are still not working. He promises over and over that he will fix them but doesn't show up, and if he does it's just to make a mess, and then leaves and doesn't return for days. We paid him $20k already and he still hasn't completed the job, and our members have been without a bathroom for over 1mo now. It's now 12/3/20, and he still hasn't completed it and left our bathrooms in a mess the last time he was here, over a week ago. He gives every excuse for why he doesn't show up, sick/deaths in family/car accident/transmission dropped out of car/too cold outside/you name it! STAY FAR AWAY! Now he cashed another $1500 check that was not supposed to be cashed and won't answer when we try to reach him. Complete SCAM ARTIST! Again LOOK HIS NAME UP BEFORE YOU HIRE HIM!!!! We now have to pay another Comany $12,500 to fix the poor """"work"""" he started and never completed! SCAM ARTIST!!!!
