Wish I could give you a review of their service, but I didn't get that far.

I asked for a quote to instal a smart toilet. He quoted me a 1,000. Regular toilet is 250. I try to explain it's hooked up the exact same way, but he held firm. It's crazy to charge more than the cost of the actual toilet. Hard pass.

Junior, the technician is friendly and helpful. He explained the problem. He used the camera to show me the broken pipe. The problem was solved using the liner. I was given a 10 year warranty.
They finished the job in two days and cleaned the area. I certainly recommend them.

I have used A-1 Apex Plumbing twice now. Once at my residence to replace our water heater that suddenly went out. It was during the cold months, and we needed one asap. A-1 was quick to respond, prompt to put in, and reasonably priced.
