Paid them to come in and get garbage disposal unstuck. A little too many phone calls to get it done (intake, coordinator, plumber, payment collector) but everyone was very nice, responsive and professional. Called them around 10AM and disposal was fixed before 2PM. Very fast. Would definitely turn to them again for my plumbing needs.

I recently contacted Michael at A-1 Apex to come to assess our water pressure regulator at our business and he was able to come out the same day and had his team show up a couple of hours later to take care of everything. Properly priced, extremely good quality work, and quick too. Our business is now using A-1 Apex as our go-to plumbers from here forward after having a lot of problems with other plumbers not showing up or arriving late and not prioritizing our requests.

For starters the plumbing team came over for mostly banging pipes. Especially when we use our washing machine.
Was dealing with this issue late last year and I had a previous plumber say I needed hammer arrestors installed in back of the washer for the hot and cold pipes. Quoted me $800 if I can get someone to help move the stackable w/d...
Yaniv and Sagee were helpful and had their masks on, took their shoes off (left a little dry mud but the good ole dust buster picked it right up).
They investigated the water regulator, listened to the banging, checked the water pressure, watch my toilet water run. They proceeded to explain in layman terms what the problem could be and had prior cases like mine.
Yes, they schooled me and I appreciate it a lot.
Yavin put a new cartridge in the shower and Sagee put a new toilet washer.
Cost me $300 less compared to the prior plumber.
Thanks guys, we have peace and quiet when someone turns the faucets or washer on.

Tree roots intrusion broke the main sewer line which was extremely frightening. Called Michel and he gave me a quote over the phone which was significantly lower than the previous plumber's quote. He sounded knowledgeable, professional and well mannered so I decided to go with him. He and his team show up at 7. They had to dig 7 feet deep underground to do the repair. Everything was done within a day. Truly impressive! Also, I really appreciate that he did not trying to scare me in order to push for extra work. Side note: the other plumber I hired before for emergency root clearing wanted me to do liner on the main sewer line besides the repair, all the way from the house to the city sewer connector which is over 100 meters long. Michel told me I didn't need that. All in all, a honest team that takes pride in their work. Highly recommend! Thank you Michel!

Fantastic initial communication with the Michel (owner) over the phone regarding replacing my water pressure regulator. Provided estimate, parts needed, and time. Yaniv and Sagee(sp) came at the requested appointment time, very friendly and explained everything what they were doing, and fixed my water pressure regulator in no time. Definitely my go to plumbers going forward for any issues, renovations, etc. that I may have. A+ for A-1 Apex. Customer for life.....

I had the greatest experience with this company. They gave me a quote yesterday on 4/1/21, told me they had time to do the repair the next day. They showed up at 8am, they were VERY friendly, and fast. They did great work, showed us all the repairs they did and made sure we were happy with everything. The pricing was amazing and reasonable.

I can honestly say I have never met a better group of people to do my repair. I cannot recommend this company enough! I will definitely refer them to everyone I know.

Michael and his employees are amazing! We had a very bad blockage, so I contacted them after a couple of other quotes. They arrived within the hour, were professional, kind and courteous and even gave our pups some love. I would HIGHLY recommend them for anything from a small clog to a giant repair job. I honestly can't see enough positive stuff about them.
