I finally had to replace my sloan flushmate after 13 years and reached out to a couple of places on Yelp. Mike at A1 was the only plumber that took the time to call Sloan and actually let me know that the replacement unit was under lifetime warranty, which I had no idea about.
This saved me $150 for the part, which the other plumbers would have charged me. I paid for labor only and the pricing was fair. The guys came and replaced the unit without issues

This has been our third time using A-1 Apex Plumbing since finding them on Yelp a couple of months ago. We had an issue at a rental house that they were able to fix very quickly and affordably. We were so impressed with them, we called them out again for another rental house repair and then had them come to our main house to do some work with the water heater and clogged sinks/shower heads. My husband and I are very impressed with Steven's professional and polite demeanors and they seem eager to help. They were able to work around our schedules and seem to be priced very fairly. We will definitely be using them again.

They were the first to get back to me after I put out my feelers on Yelp to have an issue with my hot water resolved. I have nothing but great things to say from start to finish. Jaime was amazing. He wasn't able to fix it that day, and had to order a part and come back. He was so good about communication and keeping me updated, and he did everything exactly on the timetable promised. Have used A-1 Apex plumbing twice in the past month; to replace a broken garbage disposal, and to replace a leaking pressure regulator. The same plumber, Sagee, came both times. He was prompt (came within 20 minutes from when I called), clean, polite, and explained everything he was going to do before starting the job. They are now my 'go to' plumbers.

Sal was amazing! My 3 year old flushed unknown toys down the toilet and It got clogged. This company was responsive, kept me up to date on arrival times, and was reliable. Sal was so kind and caring and offered to let my overeager 3 year old be ""his assistant"" and lead him to the bathroom. They were fast, efficient, and went way out of their way to be kind, engaging, and took the time to interact with my son. Sal helped me have a conversation with my son about about why we don't flush toys down the toilet. This was such a good experience and my son had so much fun that I'm a little worried he may flush more toys just so Sal can come back.

Poor customer service. I discussed my issue with them and they said they could help, they had an opening for the same day. I asked them to hold it and see if they could come down in price $25.00 to match another quote. They agreed to hold it and would try and price match, saying they would call right back. 15 minutes passed, I called them and they said they booked the appointment with someone else , couldn't price match and the soonest they could help was in a week.

Very silly method of helping a customer when I was standing by with a plumbing emergency.
