They helped us remove our old tankless water heater out of our attic and installed a new one on the side of the house.

We had a backed up shower and toilet. They came within hours, fixed the issue and charged a very fair rate. They explained in detail what they did and how to avoid the issue in the future. We would definitely use them in the future.

Had an emergency when our bathroom drain stopped up late in the day... the brackish water stuck in the sink was very unpleasant. Our Home Warranty people said they couldn't make it out until the next day and the thought of going through the night with g-d knows WHAT in my sink gave me the heebie-jeebies!

Apex Plumbing to the rescue!!! These guys were quick to respond and showed up within an hour. Took them all of 10 minutes to fix the problem and the price was very reasonable considering it was an emergency call.

They laid down floor coverings and buckets and left the place cleaner than they found it... that's one thing that really stood out, these guys respected our home and made sure they left the bathroom in better condition than they found it.

If you doubt me? Just read all the other reviews! 99% positive, and the one negative Nancy seems to have had some communication problem. These guys are the real deal, I had no problems communicating and everyone from the owner on down was straightforward and friendly.

This was during COVID so I need to add that the guys were masked and gloved and very respectful of space. Next time I have a plumbing emergency I know who I'm calling!

When the two Knights in shining armor showed up I knew within minutes that I had found the plumber that I could trust for many years to come! They are on time, arrived with a great attitude, eager to help solve any plumbing problem that my wife and I might have. They not only saw the visible problem right away, they fixed it in no time. They were very efficient and thorough in their work, checking everything at least twice to make sure it was just as it should be.

Seriously, in this world we live in, sometimes it is difficult to find someone you can trust and count on to do the right thing and at a fair price. I have found just such a company in A-1 Apex Plumbing. If you are fortunate enough to live in their service area you should definitely hire them. I know that I will hire no other company after having such an amazing service. I not only have a GREAT new plumber I have made two new friends. A-1 will definitely be on my Holiday card list this next year! And it is a very short list.

Do yourself a favor and call A-1 Apex next time you need honest, reliable plumbing service at a fair price.

I reached out via Yelp and had someone coming to my place to fix a clog within 20 mins. Incredible speed. They arrived and were polite, wore masks, and diagnosed and solved our problem quickly. They explained things clearly and kept to their word. Would recommend to others and will be using them again if the need arrives. They fixed our botched installation of an air gap too.

Very dissatisfied call for an estimate on my toilet the guy told me that it shouldn't cost more than $150 and that he said was if it were a big job. I let him know on the phone that I was on a budget and probably would be able to affored more than a $75. He then told me that he wouldn't be able to tell me an exact price over the phone and that his guys would come out to give me a free estimate. Today the guys came out told me that it was going to cost $150 to fix a minor issue. I told them thank you and that I couldn't afford it and send them in there way, then 2 seconds later the guy calls me asking me why I sent his guys away without leting them fix the toilet. He than said that I told you that it was between $125 and $150. He did not he said no more than $150. He acted like I was under an obligation to have him work on my toilet. I am under no obligation and I just wanted an exact quote. He lied and then got angry when I didn't accept his services.

Next time do not treat your customers like they work for you and are obligated to vive you money. That is just poor customer service. No on is under any obligation to do anything so get off your high horse and learn some compassion especially in these times of Covid when ppl are barely working.

Yaniv and Sagee were a great team and were determined to leave the project in much better shape than when they arrived. We needed to re-route some older plumbing and hookup to a new sink and install a new faucet. The guy's got everything done promptly and all was working properly. They explained everything along the way and the original quote was very fair. I had to purchase a few extra pieces from them that I did not realize I needed, but it was great that they had everything and could get it installed on the spot. I probably could've saved a few bucks if I bought those pieces online, but again, they had them and it was worth the small extra charge to get things right and done properly. Would highly recommend.

Within 1 day my problem was solved, thank you, A-1 Apex! Came on time, did the work in 1/2 the time i set aside, nice/friendly/easy2work with people, didnt mind my big dogs in house, all went gr8, & best part i had 1/2 a day left 2 work on other problems. THANK YOU, A-1 Apex! Hope that despite their gr8 work & efficiency they will still b avaiable when next i need plumbing. Their business will skyrocket when they discern what a pleasure it is 2 work with them.
