I have never seen or met such awful people. I would not recommend this company at all for any of your plumbing services or water issues. Literally, pick any other company and you will be more satisfied. If you like it when he comes to your house UNANNOUNCED (there was no time frame he gave us as to when he was going to fix our shower; he just showed up and we weren't even prepared since we were still sleeping at 8:30 in the morning) and talks crap behind your back and in your home, by all means, go book him. This company was unbelievably rude, saying our bathroom was ""disgustingly filthy"" and that ""coronavirus came from here"". What kind of shit it that? Then, when I contacted the company, the lady wasn't much help either. In fact, she actually threatened me by saying that he TOOK PHOTOS OF MY BATHROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION. When I said that unauthorized pictures were a violation of our privacy (and breaking the LAW), she quickly denied it and said he didn't. Great and wonderful lie! Why did she say that then? Unlike her, I know my laws and I know he could've went to jail for that. Highly don't recommend this company and I hope this review saves you from getting an unannounced visit and crap talk. I seriously cannot even believe a company has this audacity to even talk shit in my household and tell me they took pictures WITHOUT my permission. I would not recommend this company. Save yourself this trouble and find another plumbing company.

I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Waited 3 weeks for them to come out to do a job. They came out did the estimate, said they would come back out to do the job, the morning of the job they call and say they cant operate a power tool in the rain, which I get that for the most part other than for the 5 minutes it would have taken to drill a hole in the side of the wall his wife could have held an umbrella for him, but apparently they don't believe in going the extra mile for someone who has already waited 3 weeks for them. So I was ok with it UNTIL they came back after the rescheduled appointment and said a studded wall, no dry wall on it yet, was in there way.... I said is walking around the wall to the doorway not an option.. said nope and just walked out of the job. LAZY people, RUDE and have an excuse for everything. You are better off paying someone to drive an hour than rely on these people. So like I said, I can sort of get the power tool cop out but to walk off a job because you are too lazy to walk around a wall and be that ignorant to someone who has waited 3 weeks for you to do a job is unprofessional and not worthy of any business. Oh by the way, if you have American Home Shield DON'T let them send these people out to your home. The rudest people I have ever met that run a business. It is amazing they even get any business to be honest. If you are smart, you will not give them your business!!!

Called this company to come look at my toilet. Was told he'd be there in a hour. After a hour and a half I called him back and didn't get an answer. Half hour later, again, nothing. Ended up not showing. You lost a repeat customer
