We are very disappointed with this company. They were recommended through our home warranty company. They took close to a week to come out for a slow draining drain in the bathtub. They came out, finally, and ran a snake. When done with that they said that they would have to cut part of a pipe out in the basement and that they had to get approval from the warranty company. Well, it is 18 hours later and they have not contacted the warranty company and the problem is worse. We now have no tub to use, since the water will not drain and they are not answering any of our calls or calls from the warranty company. These people are terrible, DO NOT CALL!!

This outfit was selected by our home warranty company to replace a failed hot water heater. The plumber who came out was relatively polite and respectful. He answered all of the questions I had and advised that the home warranty company had to ship the new tank to them and he would be back out to install. Just as many of the other reviews stated, they do not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. There was water on the floor were he had been working. The plumber also damaged the linoleum floor in my laundry with his hand cart. To top it off, he could not get the old tank to drain quick enough so it was too heavy for him to lift. He said he had to leave it and come back for it. I asked when? He replies I don't know. My office manager makes my schedule. Needless to say, they're not open on the weekends so the earliest would be Monday. He left a drain hose attached that drained in to my ac run-off drain. I had to removed the tank from my laundry room. I suspect the installation quality of the new unit is good but only time will tell.

Not good. My home warranty company called them to fix the line on my icemaker. It's just a plastic line so I don't understand why they have had such a problem. Two trips later and it's still leaking and more damage to my basement after the second leak. It's shut off now until I can find a competent company that actually cares. What a joke. If I could give them a -5, I would.

We used A-1 affordable Plumbing because that is who the home warranty sent us. In March I told them I had a odor in the bathroom which smelt like sewage and the technician came and told me I needed to clean my toilet rim better. Then in July the smell was getting worse and he came back and told me I really needed to clean the hole in my sinks as bacteria can build up in it. So I did what he told me to do and by that Saturday my whole basement backed up with sewage. I wish he would of taken the time to look at the problem instead of telling me to clean my stuff. My basement just for finished two weeks before this and now I have to start all over. extremely disappointed with this company and won't use again.

This was my first experience with a plumber so it's possible my expectations are unrealistic, but here is what happened.

I worked with this company through my home warranty company. The technician who was sent to my house was nice and answered most of my questions. Unfortunately, the technician was not tidy. For example, there is white carpet on my stairs and second floor-he walked from outside (after a rain) with no shoe covers up the stairs. Also, after working on my toilet, he carried his dripping tools down the carpeted stairs. After he left, I went to the basement and discovered he had used a bucket and left some unknown sticky brown clumps and towels in the bucket. I didn't want that bucket used for plumbing work, I didn't indicate he could use it and it would have been nice if he cleaned up after himself. It was a little disappointing to have to do so much deep cleaning after he came.

He fixed my water heater by replacing a pressure valve and extension tank. He made the toilet run and when I asked him about the running toilet he said it had nothing to do with the work he did (the toilet was not running before he worked on it).

Never disappointed with the service provided. I used this company again through my home warranty company. I had a noisy toilet and a leaking bath faucet. They were in and out of here with the quickness. Billy provided exceptional service and I appreciate the thoroughness provided. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks guys!

If i Could give a zero I would,
Had to use them through HSA home warranty. Supposedly only contractor in Northeast Ohio that can be used to replace a hot water heater. Had to go two weeks without hot water. Office does not keep in communication and very disorganized. Installers don't wear booties and very disrespectful to others home. They tried charging me $100 for a $20 drain pan from Home Depot that they forgot to bring because of lack of communication. I would never use these crooks again nor recommend to anyone.

I have to give one star, but they don't deserve it. He set the water temperature to an illegal 150 degrees Fahrenheit and it nearly burned my hand while doing the dishes. Setting it this high also caused the pipe to burst and leak in the basement. Terrible service.

If I could give them a Zero or less I would. They are incompetent and hire incompetent professionals. Had to hire them through our home warranty for a faulty water heater. Took them two weeks of back and forth for their star plumber to diagnose the problem. He came to ""fix"" the supposed problem and now there is a big leak in my basement. They are refusing to take ownership or send someone out emergently to assess the problem and drain the 48 gallons held in the tank. The lady I spoke with at the reception diane is unhelpful and rude. Steer clear from them. They might be in service for 30 years but the quality of that service is nothing short of crappy. Terrible company terrible service and awful customer service.

They are the worst. Have been using. Them for numerous years for my commercial building. The employee called in sick the owner had to rush over to open up his business. The owner was only 20 minutes the company left. this company said they no longer can be of service to me. Called for the owner and they said they will come back out but for double the price.
