This company do not even have a car insurance to begin with. They totaled our car and lied that they have insurance to the police.The Owner never responded to any court notice to appear. Be aware.

As far as the work done and completed I give a 4 1/2 to 5 star rating. My only problem is I have asked for a paid receipt for work done in February and March. On June 19th he said he mailed them the day before. This is now August 9th, I know the mail is slow but give me a break! He has stopped responding to my texts! All I want is receipts for work done. I have even asked him to e-mail them still no response!!!

The A-1 team corrected a slab leak in my mother in-law's home foundation. In addition, they performed an exceptional job on the bathroom remodel after I asked them for a quote post foundation leak mitigation. My mother loves her new bathroom with all of the hi-tech upgrades related to elderly access and operation.

A-1 has the experience, technology, quality and attention to detail needed for any plumbing and electrical job. I will provide positive referrals for them to anyone for any construction job.

I will remove this Yelp review once Jim calls me back and honors our agreement that he repair the electrical issues on my deck that he built September 2015. The fan he installed was not an outdoor fan and it shorted last winter 2015, during the first rain.
The decorative color lighting strips that he installed on my decksteps and under the railing has not worked properly from the beginning. I have asked Jim to please come back to repair his work and finish a few other projects and he consistently fails to return my phone calls or respond to texts. These issues that I list here, he has agreed to fix and knows that he is responsible for their failure. I hope we can resolve these issues without taking it to a legal mediation process. Call me Jim.

A-1 Affordable Plumbing did a full Master bathroom remodel for us. Moved all plumbing in a 10 by 10 bathroom. Tear out, Rough in and finish trim were very nicely handled. Area was cleaned at the end of each day and floor covers down to assure no tracking of dirt or construction debris. I could not be happier with their understanding of my wife and My schedules and needs during the remodel. Pricing was fair and clear. With the other contractors they worked with the project was 5 weeks and a 2 days start to finish. Jim and his guys were very clean and tidy through the full project including removing all construction material upon completion.
I have owned a small service business for 34 years and work on referrals, I would and am giving Jim and A-1 Affordable Plumbing a 5 star rating and they deserve it.

Jim and crew fixed two leaks quickly. They came back a week later just to make sure there were none they missed.

We also had them install a water filter. The night before they came to install the filter, our old hot water heater failed. They were able to pivot and get us a new hot water heater that same day. The new tankless hot water heater they recommended is awesome. Both of these jobs look good enough to go inside of a nuclear submarine. Really professional!

We woke up on Sunday morning to find we had no water pressure. After Jim and his technician evaluated the problem they found our water softener was bad and had clogged all faucets, shower heads. They quickly got to work and cleaned everything out and removed the bad softener from the system. Prompt service, very friendly and pricing was excellent! Would call again for our plumbing needs.
