Jason RULES! Had a toilet water line in the wall erupt. Through AHS they sent a plumber and a bill for $250.00. The repair was not covered under my contract. Called Jason. He said he would do it for $150.00. Came right out and repair was done. I asked him about new toilets. I wanted 3 new high boy toilets as I'm a senior citizen. He ordered, delivered and installed them. Then my son bought me a new kitchen faucet. I called Jason and he sent another plumber to install it. Another great employee. I am so happy. DJ Smith

Had 2 faucets and a cartridge cost over six hundred dollars . They were very late for the appointment like 6 hours late didn't have the supplies. 3 weeks later one sink is leaking I called on Sunday around 5 pm to give them a heads up ,the leak was not going to flood the house but to please schedule him in . We agreed on Tuesday didn't show .called the owner and he said early afternoon on Wednesday. Its now 539 . I called to see where they were and reminded him they never put the seal on the bottom of the door and they were to come back and do it. He said not today,isn't going to happen. I reminded the owner I called on Sunday, he said ya I know kinda rude to call on a Sunday .the website says open 24 hours. Never would I hire this company again.

We had a water leak in the ceiling in our kitchen. Their response time was excellent. They were called in the morning and were here later in the afternoon that same day. The leak was found and taken care of right away. Their work was timely and neat. Their prices are reasonable. We were very impressed with this Company and highly recommend them.

Well after leaving the 5* review I received a bill for $758 !! I was able to get it down to $450 but this was to just replace the faucets in the shower ! I learned a valuable lesson- get estimate in writing before anyone does work. They were good but way expensive. He claims he is a discount plumber !!!

My day went haywire, not a good feeling! Water running out of my garage for no reason, turns out it was the water heater. I did not have a plumber & was scrambling reading reviews. When my neighbor came over and told me most of the block uses this plumbing company. To my amazement, I got immediate response and the person was here to change it within 2 hours! I was totally amazed his knowledge, education & military record made me feel like I was in professional hands. Now I have a reliable plumber in my phonebook, who is honest & reasonable for great quality service.

Horrible service never showed up on time ever and always did only half the work. Jason constan lied about the work preformed. I still have open sewer lines at my house. He used a rock to support my shower head.

After securing quotes from several companies, we hired A-1 Action Plumbing & Rooter, Inc. to replace the copper plumbing in our 23-year-old house with Pex Pipe (25 year manufacturer guarantee). Owner Jason Pillatzki was thorough in explaining the process. Work was completed as promised and for the amount quoted (despite several complicating factors). Brandon and Anthony showed up promptly, daily, and worked efficiently to make the project as pain-free for us as possible. We were able to work in our home and have water every evening/early am. Water was only off for very short periods of time. We now have peace of mind knowing that we will no longer be playing whack-a-mole with copper pin hole leaks. I'm a new client and called Jason/owner and said I have a leak under the Master Bedroom sink...he said today (same day!) between 1-3 pm (called around 11:00am) they could be around (today? same day??)

2 guys came out...did the job! turned off the main water supply - replaced the (12 year old) valve and done!

Never came back to finish the job. I hired A-1 Action to fix a runny toilet. They said it was fixed and after they left I heard the toilet running again. I called and they said they would be back the next morning. I called them back and said how about in the afternoon. i had morning plans already. They never returned or called to reschedule. Yet they took my money!
