Spoke with Will the owner about water that was running in our toilets. He was very helpful and scheduled me for the next day. Ryan and Tobee the plumbers who came out were awesome! They quickly diagnosed the problem and did a great job with the repairs. They were both pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. So glad that I called 9th Island Plumbing. Ryan and William replaced the old leaking garbage disposal, fixed two leaking bath sink faucets and the bathtub spout that was loose from the wall and was not diverting all of the water to the shower head.

5 stars+. Will, Tobee and Ryan went above and beyond in getting our house back to working order again.

We had an emergency and the gas was shut off leading to no hot water just as the temperatures dropped during the Fall. Will responded immediately by having one of his employees respond to our call. Will had his employees take care of our slab leak and restore hot water in very little time.

Not only were we happy about the quick turn around but what was more impressive was how he immediately stepped in to take care of an issue we waited on someone else to do for 2- 3 months. Will was so kind, humble, reliable, caring and his professional expertise is top notch. We will forever be grateful and recommend Will with no hesitation.

On the day of service, Billy sent me a text message letting me know he was running a bit behind. Excellent service, very reasonably priced. & highly professional. We had a small plumbing emergency in one of our bathrooms & wanted it taken care of on the same day. They answered right away on 2nd ring & they came right out when others would not - literally an hour after I called them Tobee was at our home with a fix.
