Will and his crew are the flat out best people & the absolute best plumbers in town. They LISTEN to what you want. They DELIVER the best work with the best MATERIALS you could expect. Will never settled for cheap material and wasn't concerned with turning and burning yet get the job done correctly.
I told Will and I'll tell anyone reading this review.... no one else in the Las Vegas Valley will work on the plumbing in my house but 9th Island Plumbing. Stop reading the rest of these reviews and do yourself and your house a favor and call 9th Island. I promise you will not be sorry.

Just had Will come out to unclog my toilet cause my toddler thinks it's funny to flush down his toys.. Very happy with his service and fast response time. Super nice, very knowledgeable, fair price and no BS. Highly recommended!

Will was great. He attempted to determine the issue over the phone and quote a price. Came to my house confirmed that was the likely issue. Upon digging in advised it was something else, thankfully less severe and less expensive. Fixed the issue quickly. Would definitely recommend will if you need a honest and reliable plumber.

I had an emergency and called 9th Island Plumbing. William came immediately and solved our problem which means I can take a bath now! I asked him for a business card because we will definitely use them again! He is professional, friendly, and affordable! I haven't really posted much reviews because we haven't had good luck with companies, whether plumbing or electrical. But I am posting this because 9th Island Plumbing deserves a great review!

Shout out to 9th island plumbing.

My disposal stopped working, trouble shooted all the possibilities. Rang Will up and he said it's most likely your air switch went out. He said you can buy a kit on Amazon and it's a pretty easy diy.

So I take a look again and the small hose had just gotten disconnected and wa la, I'm back in business.

The thing is, Will could've said oh yah I'll come look and charge a minimum xx fee and then order parts etc etc more $$ for the work. He was just very forthcoming with information and it didn't require him to come out at all. HIs honesty is commendable and that. stood out to me.

I found him through a recommendation in neighborhood page and I can see why. Upstanding guy!

I saw a lot of recommendations for Billy at 9th Island plumbing so thought I'd give him a try. Best call I made. Billy went above and beyond to fix a leak we had in our main water line coming from the street. Reasonable, reliable and knowledgeable. Very responsive and honest. Please consider 9th Island Plumbing when you need a GREAT plumber!

Amazing service! Will came same day I contacted him. Over the phone he immediately could have an idea of what the issue was. He fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Installed a new faucet. Amazing service. Would recommend 10 times over!!

Unbelievable!! These guys are the hardest working guys I've ever met. We needed to replace our main water line from the street, across the concrete driveway, through many tree roots and to the house. Nothing could stop these guys. Mahalo!
