$99 Rooter
Company Overview
$99Rooter is dedicated to delivering trustworthy service at a fair price. Our pricing is entirely transparent. No deceptive tactics here; our sewer inspectors present you with the truth. We focus on clearing drains and inspections. You can feel at ease knowing that we’ll evaluate any potential problems without the pressure of a sales pitch.
Our pricing structure is as follows:
You’ll pay $99 for the first 2 hours and the first 100ft of cleaning a main sewer line.
Each additional 25ft of cleaning cable is $1 per foot, billed in 25ft increments.
To pull and reset a toilet, it’s an additional $35, including a new wax ring.
Accessing a crawlspace incurs an additional $35.
If our cleaner works from a roof vent, the charge is $198.
Should the job exceed 2 hours, it’s $69 for each additional hour.
Each extra line we clean while on site is $69.
You can expect a flat fee of $99 for sewer inspections.
Secondary line jettings are priced at $198.
These rates are for the Denver Metro Area. Locations 11 miles or more from our central dispatch may incur additional trip charges to cover our technicians' extra time.
Joe Greenberg founded $99 Rooter as a solo venture. The year after, camera services were added to our lineup. Since then, $99 Rooter has expanded to a team of over 25 employees.

They are great!
They were quick, thorough, professional and honest. I had what could have been a very bad situation with roots and other stuff that had collected in the main. They diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to remedy it.
My final bill was well over $99 but I was more that happy to pay because they were so great and persistent. They could have just walked away and it would have been a bigger problem. But they didn't; they stayed until the job was done. Really saving me money down the road. Well worth it!
I will call them again! I recommend them!

I'm completely satisfied with the service I received from this company. My call was answered on the third ring and handled very professionally. Mark Ford came out one hour after my call and had main line back and flowing in under an hour. He didn't try to sell me any other service and the total bill was $99.00. I would recommend this company. If you call them ask for Mark Ford he is good and he has been a plumber for years not just some one who cleans drains so he really knows what he's doing. I know this may sound like I work for this company but I don't. I just feel if some one is doing a good job other people should know about them.

Daniel came out and cleared out the line....couple days later and the utility sink was backed up again. He came out and snaked the line again and we have not had a problem. 4 stars for friendly service even though they had to come back out.

Used them years ago and it was wonderful.
Called again today and after being on hold for almost 10 mins they said they couldn't help. Thanks anyway.
I'll gladly pay an extra 20-40 $ for someone who is willing to show up.

I just bought a fresh flip and called $99 rooter to fix a slow drain and a toilet that backed up rather than flush. The man on the phone told me the prices and that if the toilet needed to be pulled, there would be no extra charge. Two men came and left. The tub worked out, but 2 flushes later, the toilet backed up again. The same 2 men came back out, and this time they did pull the toilet and unplugged the drain. They charged me again! I told them that it was unfair to charge me when they didn't exhaust their options when they were here the first time. They became very patronizing and told me that plumbing fairies had smiled upon us. I called the office manager who said he wouldn't charge me but if they had to come out, even if it's tomorrow, they'll charge me full price then hung up on me.
2 stars because they eventually did fix the issue, but no more because I didn't need to be made fun of, yelled at, or hung up on. Never calling this number again.

We experienced a major back-up 3 days after I called $99 Rooter in for their rooter service. They came back and did a $99 camera scope to see what the reason was, and on the video we saw a major paper build-up (that was actually knocked loose by the camera) along with extensive root growth at the joints. My question is, why would this paper build-up and root growth still be there 3 days after they supposedly did the rooter work... and if a camera could knock it loose, why did't the actual rooter blade do anything? These guys are cheap and responsive, but not necessarily the best option based on my experience.

Not all $99 Rooter franchises are the same. This one is shifty. I've used them twice in the last year. The first time after they visited my property they said they could not access my drain normally - and would need to pull a toilet to clean the drain. Xtra charge of $100. I used them again recently at a different property and got the same sort of BS. Again an additional $100 charge. The lady Lenore was quick to bad mouth the competition. Don't use these people!! I think they always seem to have reason to charge more! Then Joe the owner came up with a reason to ""dig"" in the back yard to access a cable they left in the drain. They charged $300 more and later disagreed with me on the price we agreed upon. STAY AWAY!!

Called $99 Rooter on Tuesday afternoon because I needed a scope of my main sewer line to be done ASAP so I could have mudjackers come in to lift up my basement floor. I was able to get an appointment for that same day, and DeWayne provided excellent service. He was very friendly and personable and showed me what was going on with my line, as well as mapped my line so the mudjackers would know where to drill. Best of all: this service only cost $99. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing/sewer services.

Excellent service. Adam and Troy went the extra mile to eliminate extensive root growth in our extra long sewer line. Highly recommended!

Man, what great service. I needed my drain snaked in the middle of a nasty plumbing project and called at 6pm figuring I'd be scheduling an appointment for the next day. Nope, Levi was able to come out later that night, no extra charge, and got me taken care of. Besides just snaking the drain (which ended up being much more involved than I was expecting...no extra charge!) he offered me a ton of advice on my project based on years of experience as a plumber. Besides all that, he was totally courteous and professional, just a really nice guy. I don't know why anyone would spend more than $99 on a drain cleaning, there's no way you'd be getting better service than you will get with these guys.
