The drain technician did not communicate clearly the work that was done or the work that was needed to be done. The company attempts to take advantage of anyone, especially women, who do not have any knowledge of plumbing. I would not trust anything they say or the work they completed.

They are cheap and inexpensive. They do plumbing work, but have no license. You get what you pay for.

They SAY that it'll be $99 for their services, but when they show up to your house, they mention extra charges (our total bill would have been between $125 and $200). Don't use these guys!
