911 Rooter & Plumbing was an absolute godsend from the minute I called. I host an Airbnb property in Denver and the previous guests had clogged the toilet, and I only had a couple of hours before the next guests were due to check in. I called a few other plumbers in the area who weren't able to make it over for a number of hours, but when I got in touch with Angela at the 911 Rooter office, she immediately understood my rush and did everything she could to get someone over to my house as quickly as possible. Within 20minutes, Caleb and Bob showed up. The technicians were professional, friendly, and really helped me out with what turned out to be a nightmare situation. The Airbnb guests had tried to flush some sort of small animal down the toilet, which they got out, disposed of, documented for me, and then consoled me as I broke down in tears over what awful guests we had just had. I will never forget their kindness and support and have never been happier to have called the plumber. A million thanks to the entire team who made a horrible situation, bareable.

Jose was very professional and respectful in my home. He did a thorough job and did not cut any corners. He was very honest and straight forward with what the issue was in my house. Jose also came to my house on a Saturday night with only a few hours notice in the middle of my Halloween party! He won the costume contest. The only complaint I have was the cost of the project was very expensive and much higher than I expected for an underground pipe repair. Although the total cost was high I feel comfortable that Jose did the job right the first time. The company also gave me a great 12 year warranty.

RIPPING SENIORS OFF & TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE

I have not needed major plumbing services in some time and had no idea what a reasonable amount would be. 911 Rooter came in and quoted $700- $800 to clear main drain. I ask if that was just for clearing drain and why it was so high. I was told that is how much plumbing costs now days, but they would give us a $100 senior discount. They snaked the main drain and charged us $786 less $100 discount totaling $686. This was just to clear main drain of hair and grease. When I called them them to disciss excessive charge they were argumentative and said just sound like I have buyers remorse and that only only handymen would charge less, but would not do a quality job (So not true).
Unprofessional, didn't cover their feet or floors when rolling equipment in and out. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay many times more than standard rate.

I originally contacted 911 through home advisor to have a new faucet installed in my kitchen. When Caleb arrived he was very pleasant and we inspected under the kitchen sink and he showed me the aged condition of the existing pipes and garbage disposal. I then made the decision to have new pipes, garbage disposal and faucet installed. I did not realize I would be giving up the convenience of my portable dishwasher. Caleb was very patient and went out of his way to find an adapter for this unit. He finally found one several miles away that consisted of a split hose that went under the sink.

I am 78 years old with the infirmity's of aging. When I attempted to use my dishwasher it was apparent I could not turn on the valve that would supply water to the dishwasher unless I actually laid on the floor, which is an impossibility. After paying $1,600 I feel there must be a resolution. HELP!

Patrick was so profesional and courteous. His work is top of the line. We are first time home owners, and Patrick not only took the time to educate us, he didn't take advantage of our budget. Yes, you can probably get cheaper work done, but why? Why compromise the work? You can't buy manners. We will forever use 911 Rooter for our plumbing needs. Found this family owned and run business that prides themselves on making sure you are completely happy, through Home Advisor. They are prompt and their prices can't be beat. I love the staff and I can't say enough good things about Patrick and how fabulous he is.

He came to our gutted house and told us what the issues were. I knew they were bad and knew I had to get them fixed. To be honest, with the way this house has been going, I was expecting to have the price be more than double what it was. He explained everything and showed me what needed to be done and came prepared to do it. He was here all day and with everything he did, I know I couldn't have found a better company that does such quality work. Worth every penny and I have used them several times since. I will be replacing our hot water heater in the near future and will be having them do it.

They are the BEST!!!! Don't want to take my word, then try them. I can guarantee they will prove the same thing to you. They are absolutely the best out there and their prices and professionalism can't be beat.

This company is AWFUL. First the old guy charges me $700 for a few hour project on the sprinkler system, when I asked why he was charging so much he said, ""You can find someone to do it cheaper, but then you're getting cheaper work and they won't warranty there work."" That was in June of 2017, meanwhile April 2018 one of the plastic pipes is busted for a reason that isn't water related and he wants to charge me $287 for a .58c pipe to replace to make it right. Then proceeds to argue why he won't cover this issue. I always try to use a local business to do work I pay for, this is not a local company I recommend.

This company is a small company and someone you can trust to get the job done and done right. I found out about 911 ROOTER & PLUMBING COMPANY from HOMEADVISOR when researching someone to check my sprinkler system. I am so glad I selected them. Nelson came out and serviced the system. He is knowledgeable....he knows his business!!! I will use them again!!!

Nelson fixed a very simple sprinkler problem that I thought was going to be very complicated, and then ended up fixing my outdoor faucets which were both leaking as well. Affordable, honest, and timely which is about anything you could ask! He also gave me some good home owner tips for winterizing and faucet care since I'm new to winters with snow. Highly recommend!
