Company was called in to cleanup an upstairs business condo after a pesticide incident. Did a terrible cleaning job in a business condo, had to come back and still did a half-assed job. I found dust and cobwebs upstairs after their second cleaning, windows were dirty, they refused to move furniture and instead worked around it. Very unprofessional, keeps sending invoices EVERY day for something we are not responsible for paying for. Pest control company is responsible for the bill, since they basically had chemicals all the over the condo (a gross amount of the dust you're supposed to use sparingly). They are harassing my family for payment.

We used 911 Restoration for water damage a few weeks ago. I only give them a 2 star rating because at least the worker arrived fairly quickly. The work done to the house looked horrible. The drywall cut out was a botched job. I could have cut it out better than that! The worker also did not clean up after himself. The bathroom floor was dirty and there are threads covering the steps from where he ripped up the carpet. If this were my company, I would be quite frankly embarrassed if I saw this work from my employees. We are also getting the run around just to get some sort of receipt from the services provided. For the amount we paid, I feel like we definitely got ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

All of my pipes under my house was cast iron and over 40 hours old.
Unfortunately about a month ago my pipes burst underneath my house and everything that was coming from my bathrooms kitchen and laundry room was ending up underneath my house.
I called multiple companies to come out and provide an estimate.
So many were not even interested in getting under the house to look at the damage.
This team was professional and they were able to get in and get started right away for a decent price. They worked with my insurance company to get things moving in the right direction. Any time something like this happens, clean up had to happen first before anything else can happen. Very glad that I called them.
Payment process was also a breeze.

DeMarris's Team was professional, on time and done on schedule.
I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with cleanup situations like my house had.

He was also able to recommend highly qualified local contractors to continue with the non cleanup work that needed to be done. Foundations....
