Chris quite literally came to the rescue when we had a pipe burst - our property suffered pretty significant water damage. Incredibly responsive, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Took A LOT of the pain out of the process dealing with mitigation - offered thorough documentation for the insurance company, took great care during the removal process (including storage of personal items), and now helping us move to next steps (restoration).

911 Restoration is THE company to call if you have any need for water/mold/fire/smoke/etc damage remediation (I'm seriously confused why they don't have more Yelp reviews, and like reviewer Sean below, would definitely give more stars here if I could).

Chris and his team are incredibly professional, thorough, and communicative. They were available to come out to our house within hours of us calling and had the job completed to our highest satisfaction less than 3 days later. The quality of work and the communication was exquisite -- we felt very well taken care of, like we were premier customers -- which helped reduce the stress induced by finding this leak just days before we had a full house of guests arrive.

I was also impressed with Chris' ability to give us a quote on the spot, and the price seemed completely reasonable. I'm so thankful we found 911 Restoration, and they will for sure be our first call for these types of remediation needs in the future (though, I'm crossing my fingers we don't NEED their services!).
