They were there next day to cleanup pool of kitchen water under house and in HVAC ducts. Expert job, and they went over and above working with insurance adjuster. Cost me 1/3 of price another company had bid.

The worst service ever. They took advantage because they knew we were mourning the loss of my grandmother. They said they could fix the bathroom and kitchen, all they did was take the tile out and put holes in the kitchen. I would never recommend this company. This company shouldn't even be open. Customer service sucks. They have zero respect. Did I mention they showed up whenever they wanted. They did not complete the work either. I just hope this review stops others from spending their money on a garbage company. I star because I couldn't put a negative

Never trust this company! They don't even deserve 1 star. I had a very bad experience with them not while ago, my rental property in Stockton had sewage issue in the back, water was backing up and flooding outside of the house, the area was about 200 SF, my property manager called this 911 Restoration, they asked for $1500 for the cleanup, we accepted and the service contract was signed by both parties, when they started to work on onsite, they stated on phone that the water also went into the crawl space, caused mess damage and mold grew inside, the cost could be higher, but they never sent out new service contract, after the job was done, they charged $8600, they claimed 4 people worked 8 hours per day for two days, and total 200 biohazard bags and many other supplies were used, our tenants were on site all the time when their employee worked there, actually the fact is, there were only two people worked roughly 2-3 hours per day, and the other two people only dropped stuff temporarily, the tenants never saw they used any biohazard bags, and they never went into the crawl space to do anything. I sent out my home inspector to check the crawl space, there was no sign of water inside, and no sign of any cleanup job was done there, and no mold was found. It was totally a scam, they lied about it, simply just because we were not present, they were crazy liars! When we questioned them and provided evidence and testimony, they kept threatening us if we don't pay the bill, they will send to the collection to damage my credit, and also will put a lien on my property, blah blah blah....... after we negotiated with them, they finally cut the bill into half, that means I still paid them almost $5000 for this stupid 200 square feet area cleanup service which still is not reasonable. They don't feel shame to put my money into their wallet for their Christmas. So if you are looking for a restoration service, do not even think about this 911 Restoration, they are not trustable, they will rip you off!!!

Our tenant complained that there was mold all over the house, that we don't need it tested since she was pretty sure it was mold. I told her that Keith will take a look and make that determination since he is the expert. The day of the appointment, Keith showed up with one other person and right away they knew it wasn't mold. It was just a visual inspection but with years of experience he would recommend a biological test if needed. The service was totally free and very much appreciated. They were on time and professional. I would highly recommend them for landlords or anyone who would question mold in their homes.

Simply the best. The tank on our toilet cracked and flooded the entire house. They came out quickly and began work immediately to prevent any further water damage. Their professionalism, knowledge, and communication was amazing. Every step of the process was explained and I understood exactly what was happening.

I would highly recommend 911 Restoration to anyone who needs an expert in the area of restoration, whether fire, water, mold, etc.
