They were very professional and understanding about the issues and patiently worked with us and the tenant on resolving the issue. Their work was of great quality an home was fully dry. They measure the moisture content few times in the home and let the fans running as needed.
We had to submit claims with insurance and they worked with insurance as well. Later we withdrew the claim for various reasons and 911Restorations team worked with us and tenants and patiently waited until the damages are fixed and we resolve the issues at our end with insurance/tenant etc. In future if we have water issues this is our go-to company.
