I used the home advisor to find roof repair person to my house, and someone came, said they could send both roof repair and my house needed mitigation as well. Second day, the mitigation crew from 911 restoration came, without sending me any quotes, and telling me that they would send the price to my insurance company and I don't need to worry about it. They started to work without any of our agreements on the price. They opened up my ceiling and wall, put a fan for couple of hours and left (last November). One rainy night, someone came to my house without notifying me and started to ""repair"" the roof, and my neighbor even called the police, when I tried to find this person, he told me that he would not able to fix the roof and would be come back, but he disappeared since then. So my 2nd floor bathroom was abandoned since Nov, 2019, with ceiling and wall opened, still leaking and wet. Now they start to send the bill to my insurance company and me that they would charge for more than $4000 dollars!! But my insurance company came to my house and did the evaluation, the amount of work the mitigation company had done only needs $950. The bothers me a lot, and since the ceiling and wall are open, the gas bill starts to rise a lot since the house could not hold up the heat. I think the 911 restoration does not solve my problem and cause me so much problems!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Mike came out right away within 20 minutes of the call when I had a water link. They did a good job tearing out the damaged flooring and walls but the PROBLEMS began with the renovations. They installed the hardwood floors the same day of delivery ( I found out later wood is suppose to acclimate to the home for at least a week before installing). They send New England Flooring to refinish the floors. They did a terrible job so 911 sent them back out to redo the job which was just as bad. They damaged my furniture, ruined my hardwood floors that need to be completely ripped out, damaged my new kitchen cabinets denting them with the sanding dum, marked up all the paint walls and doors and left one wall half painted and then abandoned the job refusing to answer my messages. I put a claim against their insurance company who paid out for all the damages and now they have the audacity to send me a lawyer's letter for full payment!! Do not just walk away from this company but RUN AWAY !!

Mike & Ray are not professionals. Leave in the middle of the job because they try to pass off shoddy finish work. Anyone can swing a hammer to demo a place, putting it back together requires skill which was lacking with this so called business. Let me tear your house apart & leave it that way for several weeks. When you call them out on their bullshit they say they're bailing out on the job & hang up mid conversation. Good luck finding suckers to fall prey to your con. Met your match on this job.

I just finished a 3 month rebhab project with 911 Restoration, for a hidden leak that infiltrated under the floor in two rooms.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The project manager who came out to inspect it initially was thorough and extensively documented everything for the insurance. The crew that came out to demo were fast and clean, keeping me informed as they found new issues from the leak.

All of the contractors were great - electrician, plasterer, painter, floor install, etc. - professional and quick. Gina and Jess in the office were very good at keeping me informed and making sure the guys got out here when they were scheduled to. If, for any reason, one of the contractors could not make it, they were very good about letting us know.

Overall excellent experience - I would recommend this team to anyone.

I don't even know where to begin. Horrible experience. The guy Mike, worst customer service. I had a tiny leak I a pipe. 911 turned it into a nightmare. Can you say insurance fraud? One tiny leak turns into $18000 worth of work.
First I'm told no worry's your gonna get a whole new basement in no time at all. ( I didn't want a new basement, I was just putting in tile in a half basement and noticed a little water on the floor. Next thing I know, messsssss for weeks. Employees (crack heads) walking around my house without asking (wife scared to death) after I left for work. Waking in without asking. Smoking. I could go on and on. Sooooo upset. After my wife crying about being scared I decided to ask that we no longer continue with this company and go with another. Insurance company sends a new person to look at where we stand. Amica sends someone to see this mess. I was coerced into signing a direct pay to the 911 not knowing any better of over $120000. The fact that I asked them to leave somehow they jacked that up to over 180000 to the insurance company to not have to return any money. And the worst of it. Amica let them!!!!! I, who never wanted any of this are left to fix this messs. I have document, pictures and estimates. When and if this company try's to say any different, I will supply more. There , just screw the insurance company amazes me. This was $500-$1000 to fix a trickle to an $18000 job that they did less than 25% of. Pictures will follow as needed. By the way. They simply change there name to get away from all this. My next wasted time will be with amici's review.

Called 911 restoration for a sewer back up they came to the house told me that they could get more than the 5,000. that the insurance was giving me. I trusted them. They ripped out walls that was not even effected. What a mess they left me in. After 3 weeks I called them to see if they were going to finish what they started. Well insurance company would only pay the 5,000. Insurance company sent them a check and Mike from 911 said I would have to hire a lawyer to get more money. So what it comes down to they ripped up my basement and took the money and ran. Mike said he would cover the work in the basement if insurance did not cover it. Well Mike I believed you and I am still waiting for you to finish your work.

We had 3 water damage issues in 2 of my properties and 911 restoration were there within an hour to clean and dry the mess, they helped me every step of the way. It was a very stressful time for us. But they made it so easy and pain free. we are 100 % satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the respect all their staff have for us, they treated us like family.

I had a pipe disconnect and flood my basement. Mike R from 911 restoration took my call and was at my house giving me a quote within hours. His team, led by Corey I, were prompt and quick. Mike even came back when the damage assessor came to my house, just to insure i didn't get bowled over. Highly recommended
