Scam company... Homeowners beware! Do not trust this company with your belongings or any restoration services. Charged over 18,000 for an water extraction and we had no water damage. We had a fire with smoke damage in our 1800sqf home this bogus company charged over $86,000 when the did nothing but removed the living-room ceiling (tried to re-move 6000sft of drywall without our permission and approval from our insurance company), removed installation in attic, and stood around starring into space. Absolutely stay away from this scam so called company! Homeowner beware!!!
This company is the most dishonest bait and switch company I've ever used I had a different company come out and their project manager from 911 bait and switched the fact that they would do a job within 5 to 7 days which took longer than a month to do and tried to rip off my insurance company so my insurance did an investigation which they would not pay as much as the Restoration company claimed they did the work for on top of it they laid temporary subflooring down on my properties flooring and never corrected it would not give me a discount and totally screwed me and my insurance over never use this company,
Stay clear of this company they only try to scam your insurance company they are highly disappointing they leave their equipment behind and they have very shady people that work for them especially their project manager I would stay clear of them
911 Restoration came out promptly to help with water damage caused by a broken pipe. They said they would deal with our insurance company directly and that we didn't need to worry about that issue. Things went OK at first, but when they submitted their invoice to our insurance company they included thousands of dollars of items that were never performed. The communication with our insurance company was via email and all parties were cc'd. So, I questioned 911's invoice to all involved. 911 never answered our questions regarding the invoice and apparently negotiated a revised payment directly with the insurance company. They didn't include us in any further communication. We asked for the ""final revised"" invoice on several occasions and only got a virtually blank page with one line --- Water Remediation, and the price as negotiated by the insurance company. No line item details or anything of that nature. They are a ripoff and drastically overcharge once they find out your insurance company will pay.
I wouldn't trust a company who puts a silent lean on their customer""s house. 911 restoration without calling me to ask me if I had gotten my insurance settlement which I hadn't gotten the full amount yet decided to put a silent lean on my house. So with months of my house being a construction zone and dealing with insurance chaos, this company I trusted, 911 restoration, decided to stick to me a little more. Thanks
I would not recommend them. They just want there money and they do shady back deals with insurance companies to get it without allowing the you know customer who hired them to be in the know.
Plus they scratched my floors told me how things were going to isolate the areas off in my house that needed dehumidifying which was never completed in the way they stated it was going to be done !!!!!!
After smoke damage, I hired these people mistakenly. Do not make the same mistake as I did. We were told professionals would come and clean our home. Instead we got people from the temp agency. I had one questionable worker with an old car with expired tabs from three years prior in my home. Needless to say, I have many valuables missing including autographed photos of Michael Jordan, Terry Bradshaw, OJ Simpson and more...Also, antique coin collection my mother had is missing and a few other odd stuff we can't find anymore. We were told it would be cleaned and boxes put back. Content nor house was cleaned and we had to put all content back directly. When it was time to pay the bill, I asked the owner of the company who came to collect to walk through the house with me so he can see what a lousy job they did and how 'unclean' the house was. He refused and said his job was not quality control. He threatened me that he would put a lien on my house and stormed out the door slamming it on his way out. Very Unprofessional. Why was touring the house so wrong? Was he ashamed and expected an easy payout of 60k for cleaning....err...pretend cleaning? I did get sued and a lien was put on my house. After a year and a half, a settlement was reached and much was spent on lawyers and stress over lies and falsehoods. Then, after stuff being in boxes for a year and a half untouched, I find all the dirty content and missing valuables. Stay clear away from this company, 911 Restoration. Use ServPro or some other outfit.
Kate P.This is the company you want to call when you have a major remediation issue that will be covered by insurance. They work directly with the insurance company and know what steps they need to follow so you will be covered. I had a major leak in my crawlspace and they arranged for a truck to pump out all the water, all of the damaged insulation and vapor barrier to be removed, several days of drying out with dehumidifiers and fans, and replacement of the insulation and vapor barrier. Insurance covered everything except the plumbing repair, but they recommended a great plumber who I have since had do more work on my house.
I particularly want to say thank you to Richard who understood that I needed to travel due to a family illness and had a short time frame to get this all done so it wouldn't be hanging over my head while I was dealing with that. He communicated clearly what would happen each day and everything went off without a hitch. I thought there was no way it could get done before I left on my trip, so I was very pleasantly surprised. All around a great experience, and much better than previous experiences with ServPro.
They took every opportunity to pad charges to my insurance claim.
They'd arrived at my house and twice told my adjuster we weren't home after waiting an hour in their cars outside my gate. We worked from home and they never came to our door!!!
They are shady and untrustworthy. Their work was mediocre at best.
If you have no choice but to use them, proceed with extreme caution.
I called these guys last month for a flood issue. DO NOT use this business. They did a very poor and incomplete job. I had to hire someone else to complete the job. Three fourths of the house needed to be fixed. They left the bathroom completely in touched and that's where the problem started. On top of that they overcharged for doing basically nothing
Adrienne C.Our basement suddenly flooded and 911 restoration responded super quickly and had a crew out to help in a timely manner. They came to dry up water and sanitize for a few days while we figured out what to do next. They directed us to a great company that identified the problem (which ended up being a water table under our home) and installed a French drain. Richard Brown- the project manager- was easy to get ahold of and was wonderful to work with throughout the process. I would recommend!
They scratched the floors (that weren't flooded) and dinged up doorways, the bannister and moulding...and they were expensive..
