Do not call this company
They damage your item while moving them, the employees steal, they put cheaper products in the house than what was previously taken out and the insurance company paid them for. They leave your stuff out in the rain, they try to cut corners when installing, they take 5 months to put carpet back in your house. All these item I have mentioned happened to my wife and I. Worst company ever!!!

DO NOT CALL this company! Do not let them in your door. In every aspect the absolute worst experience with any business I have ever experienced in over 40 years. Call ANYONE but 911 Restoration of Portland!!!

Sadly, I am forced to make yet another negative recommendation for a contractor in the Portland area. These people are not in the business because they like helping people, their single goal is to separate people from their money. Things they said they would do on time didn't happen on time. Responses to texts or calls for assistance and updates on timelines were ignored. The job went on a long time while we waited for more information and continuing services from their partner companies. In the end, I was called with a threat of collections -- only 30 days from the beginning of the job. Collections happen when jobs are finished and people don't pay? Right? My job was not complete, and, we had disagreements about what the job actually entailed by the end. My advice, call someone else.

We have had water damage to our basement and called 911 restoration to come and assess the damages. Yes, to their credit they were incredibly fast at getting back to me and coming to assess our damages. When I asked for a quote, the technician told me he would email me within the week. I waited a week and no quote. I sent him another message asking for the quote. He then stated that he already emailed it to me...he did not. A week later after following up again he stated he needed to come back for better measurements. He had never emailed me the first quote as he had reported. He came and did more measurements and once again will not email me a quote. I am not asking for much here other than a written quote as stated on their website and in person! I will never work with this company. I am so glad we have not hired them for any work. If they can't even get me a simple quote I can't begin to imagine how they communicate and work with their clients. There are many more companies out there - so be warned about this company and use someone else!

I had a water damage in my kitchen and the response was immediate and they fully cleaned it up and helped with the repairs. Now I have a new, beautiful kitchen again. I suggest hiring this company as they are quick and professional.

They were VERY quick in coming out to begin remediation of a flooding issue at our home - they were there in about an hour after my panicked call. That part was great, they were reassuring, helpful, etc. There were some communication issues with the ongoing 'treatment' each day and they never did reinstall insulation or the vapor barrier and didn't follow up to see if I wanted them to do it.

My father had a flood this morning in his home. They were out right away. They were very kind, helpful and respectful to us and all my dads belongings. My father was very upset and they were so helpful, Cant say thank you enough for all they did! Very impressed!

I called this company for help this morning after discovering water coming through my ceiling...Very nice response from the office person setting up an inspection and estimate for what clearly is some sort of water leak either from plumbing, siding, roof, etc. She happily told me the estimate and inspection would be free to have someone come out and tell me what was wrong. The male ""Project Manager"" that called me was very put out and told me it was not his job to drive around and tell people what was wrong. Wow, isn't this supposed to be a customer service, sales based organization helping people??? I'm guessing they are going to get much business if they have this guy calling their potential customers. Take your business elsewhere. I don't recommend this place.

They have done an amazing job with my friend's house as he had a minor situation going on with his house and soon enough 911 Restoration came up with a fast solution and ended up being the official solution because they are total pros!

Can you give 0 stars? Called this place first thing on Tuesday (8:43 am) regarding mold issues in our attic and talked to some rep, due to the website saying we'll call you back in 45 minutes. Rep said ""I'll have someone follow up with you right away"". Don't get a call back until noon the next day. Then set an appointment with these guys for a time frame of 1:00 - 2:30 pm on Friday. After changing my schedule around to be at my home at that time (work in Beaverton and live in Vancouver), I get a call from Derek Meyer saying we have a lot of other customers with water damage and won't be showing up today, but we can come by to check out your concern tomorrow. So, begrudgingly, I set an appointment window time of 11:30 am to 1:00 pm today. No one shows, no one calls. I call Derek at 1:07 pm - ""Oh, Mark should have you on his schedule"". Let me call him. Wait until 1:49 pm before calling Derek back as no one called again, only to get his voicemail. Not sure how companies like this stay in business with this poor response to customers.
