NO Stars. l we are a Electrical company we did work for these homes that needed repairs and 911 Restoration never paid us this goes back to 1-17-19 id never work them you wont get paid one amount $3,995.00. Another address we did work We also never got paid this amount was only $147.00 goes back to 12-17-18. we as company wont be working this company.

Jared came out right away when we were having a water leak under our dishwasher. They found the leak and knew just what to do to dry out our wood floors and walls and ceiling in the basement. I couldn't believe the water that was pulled out of our floors. We definitely would have had mold issues if we hadn't had them come out and know exactly what to do. They did an amazing job working with the insurance company and taking care of mitigation. Which is a huge task in itself.
Within a few months we had another water issue when we were out of town and we knew just who to call. We knew we could trust them to come into our home and take care of things. They came quickly and resolved the issue again. Jared gave us a discount for the second time, which we appreciated very much. His prices are not cheap but in an emergency it is well worth it. He saved us more money that it would have cost us down the road to get rid of mold etc. Thank you, Jared!

I had a flood in my basement when my water heater burst. 911 was there within an hour of my call and they started the next day. Jared and his crew did a great job. (While they were here the COVID19 hit the area). Once they got to the reconstruction part they had an emergency elsewhere and we were put off by a few days. Once they had the emergency under control they were right back and finished up. He worked well with my Insurance Adjuster and life was good. I didn't mind the few days they took off for the emergency because they dropped the same way with another job when I called. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. They're great.

While this business specializes in emergency issues, they could do a better job of making it less obvious that they only care about exploiting customers. They demand the deductible before performing work so they are the only emergency service group that receives cash prior to insurance evaluation. One would think that the owner would at least pretend to care that water damage emergencies take time to evaluate through home insurance, but one of the owners called incessantly and at inappropriate times after they had finished mitigation to ensure that they were paid their upwards of $4000. They also didn't communicate on the days that they didn't plan on showing up so my significant other/I would stay home from work for no reason.

We had an awful experience with 911 Restoration. They were unprofessional, promised services and a timeline that they did not deliver upon, and did a very poor job making repairs to our home. We brought our concerns to their attention many times, were told that problems would be remedied and they were not. We will be continuing to do repairs on our own as well as hiring others to repair work that was done by 911. I would not recommend 911 for cleanup services or home repairs.
