Quick and prompt. Came in on time with my special request. Not only completed the job in a quick and professional manner, but was informative to what he completed. Vic was the technician. Also upon asking, was told that it is a family company so they will truly hold up to their reputation.

I can't say enough good things about Jack and his team! I just moved into my new home and was faced with some extensive plumbing issues. They spent 2 separate weekends problem solving and installing clean outs in the front of my house. If you have an older home, the pipes can just deteriorate over time and need replacement, and you definitely want someone who knows what they're doing. They started at 10am and ended at 11pm, were there for the day in the blazing heat making sure everything was going to be alright with my house. And I really appreciated that.

This stuff can be very expensive and stressful and you want someone who can come in and take control of the situation and fix it. These guys are good!

This company was fantastic! I had another plumber come a week ago and he ""fixed"" the problem with my water pressure for my kitchen sink. Yeah right! A week later same problem. So I looked on yelp and 911 Plumbing had fantastic reviews. So glad I contacted them! I gave them a small time frame and days I was available and they called me back within a few hours and scheduled my appointment. They were suppose to come between 1-5 and they showed up at 1:40! When does that ever happen?? Jack and Raymond were great. The explained exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix the faucets and flush out everything. The pricing was reasonable and they had a great yelp deal which I purchased once I made sure they would accept it. I highly recommend this company. Hopefully I won't be having anymore plumbing problems, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

You pay for what you get. These guys aren't the cheapest, but they always get the job done. Mike & Greg are polite, knowledgeable and get the job done. They've done big & small gigs for me from snaking a drain to most recently installing a cleanout for my house. Thanks guys.

STOP SEARCHING ON YELP AND CALL 911 PLUMBING!!! I needed someone to come for a leak emergency in our tub on a Saturday...couldn't find anyone and then called 911 Plumbing. They called me back quickly with a time that someone would come over. They called again to say he was 10 minutes away and called when he arrived. Mike was very professional. Got right to the problem and explained what went wrong. He replaced the necessary parts and explained costs which were VERY REASONABLE. He worked quickly and efficiently, and he answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company. They really do work 24/7 not all companies do.

Mike was great! Got here on time and did a great job. He explained the job perfectly and their were no surprises at the end. He put in a better valve than there was before. I will defiantly call them again. This all happened on a Sunday and still great service!

This is also my 1st review, and Just for them! Because they deserve it!!
My plumber/friend was stalling. Didnt finish the job. Then i found these guys online. Wow. Best find. The two guys that came over on same day notice were Greg and Mike. I dont think theres anyone in Los Angeles that is better then them. Now they are my friends, and im not calling my initial plumber. I already forgot him hehe :). He kept making excuses. These guys came and did an Amazing job. Did what i asked for. Professionally, with a smile all the time. Cant say enough about them and their service. Absolutely Great! Im satisfied. I dont think theres anyone better then Greg. Mike i met on the 2nd day of service, and he is just as Good! Put both of them together, and you can imagine the service you will get. :))) Im never calling my personal plumber again. They just promise you something and then tell you theyre busy. These guys, this company, will get you out of your hole immediately. They will be there on time and do the job right, and they wont leave until they're done. I loved that. What took me 3 weeks to complete, with all the delays from my previous plumber, these Guys, this company, did in 1 day. 2nd day was just finishing touches. I mean what more can you ask. Greg and Mike are great people, and great workers. I couldnt ask for more. Absolutely satisfied. And now 911Plumbing is my new friend for all my plumbing needs. Never again am i contacting my own plumber. These are the people for all your plumbing needs. And Now they're my go-to guys/company. Thank you so much guys for getting the job done right and fast!

Shower drain was clogged, work was quickly and professionally done by George. Would use again in a heartbeat--glad to be able to shower again.
