Super great service!!! My water heater was not working and I called in the morning. Got a same day service appointment. The lady on the phone was very friendly. The guys that showed up were Art and Henry were very helpful, super nice and quick. They replaced my bad pilot light and now I have hot water again. I could not be happier with the service I got.

I had an emergency leak and my regular plumber wasn't available. I found 911 through Yelp and was impressed with their reviews.

Given its the holidays, I was quite suspect about using a new plumber. Well 911 did a great job dealing with my concerns. First, I was impressed with their excellent responsiveness. Second, and most importantly, the two plumbers, Mike and Art, were fantastic. They explained everything step by step and went out of their way to get the job done. They also were very conscious about costs and seeked cost-effective solutions.

Plumbing emergencies are never fun especially during the holidays when you have guests. 911, and especially. Mike and Art, did a fantastic job getting us past this emergency.

Woke up Sunday morning to a terrible leak that was flowing water down my drive way and out to the main street
i first had to cal DWP to shut off water
Then I called 911 plumbing about 9:45 and they said they couldn't get out till noon which was great,
Greg showed up about 11:30 (very nice guy and very professional ) he dug and trouble shooted for a couple of hours and luckily it ended up being something very simple to fix.
they told me it was going to be $150.00 service call on the phone just to come out because it was Sunday and i thought that was fair, but to my surprise the whole job was $150.00 since it ended up being a simple fix. It was nice to have someone come out to the house for a plumbing repair that you can trust and Greg just seemed like a trustworthy guy and very knowledgeable.
i will definitely call them for any future plumbing problems that i have.

Guys just left. Abel and team were quick and responsive to my requests. Will use again. My only slight issue is I wish the office could have notified me sooner that they team was tied up on an emergency call and my time slot would need to get pushed back. On site team was great though. Thanks.

I contacted 911 Plumbing after reading the reviews on Yelp. They are very respectful and professional. We had a draining issue in our shower and toilet which was very frustrating. I called 911 Plumbing and they were able to schedule us right away. They said they would have a technician come out between 11 to 2. Around 11 I received a call informing us the technician is on his way, which was great instead of other companies where you have to sit around and wait. The technicians came, identified the issue and fixed it with no problem! I also asked one of the technician's if they would look at our dishwasher, lately the water comes out of the air gap instead of draining inside the sink hole when running the washer. He said not a problem, he fixed it while the 2nd technician was working on our bathroom issues. Thank you so much 911 Plumbing, you are our number one recommendation for plumbing company. Keep up the great customer service!
