Discovered a water leak on Sunday night and had to shut off all water to the house. Started calling around first thing Monday and they were the only place (out of four) that I called that said they could have someone there in one hour which is the only thing you want to hear when you are going on 12 hours with no running water. They came and it took them less than an hour to find the leak, fix it and turn the water back on. Couldn't be more pleased. The emergency service is an $85 fee on top of the repair which I thought was reasonable given the circumstances. Thank you!
**Update-had another leak a week later, they had someone at my house in 30 min and he quickly determined that it was my refrigerator, helped me pull it out and disconnect the water line and then checked main water line gauge to ensure there was no more leaking and then told me that hadn't really done anything and said the visit was free of charge. I couldn't believe it and offered to pay for the visit but haven't encountered an honest old school place like this in a very long time!

Genuine good guys. I've worked with enough contractors to know ones that just want to make a quick buck. Vic and Gago were quick and professional. We have an old house and have had them out for various little problems in the last couple years. You won't go wrong.

Just had to call them again....GREG...was the most helpful....since it was late at night, he told me to send pictures and helped me over the phone for almost 45 minutes....AND KABOOM, my heat is back on....These are the nicest and knowledgeable guys....do not hesitate.

I highly recommend these plumbers! I called at 3:30pm on a Saturday and my two sinks were fixed by 5 PM. Greg came over so quickly, it was awesome! I couldn't believe how quickly everything was repaired. He was very nice and even cleaned everything before he left. I will use them again!
