Wow these guys are great! We had a kitchen sink stoppage but couldn't get to it with the hand snake we had. Called another company they tried scamming us 750$ saying they needed to hydro jet because they couldn't get to it. Called 911 Plumbing Services and they came in cleared the line in 10 minutes, and got us up and running no problem. Altogether took 30 minutes and saved us hundreds of dollars. We are so satisfied with their services. These people are honest hardworking people. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will be calling if we need any more work done in the future. Thank you guys so much for your services!

I have never used services by this company but I wanted to leave a comment without it affecting their 5 star rating.

At 2pm, my roommate and I decided to watch my favorite movie, The Lion in Winter, starring Peter O'Toole and Kathrine Hepburn. (*SPOILER*) Just as O'Toole was about to kill his sons after they committed treason, specifically Anthony Hopkins, we heard a noise outside of our living room window.

It was a clipping sound, something we could quickly identify as the sound of someone clipping their fingernails. My roommate looked out of our bay window to see a man enjoying his own sidewalk manicure, sprawled out of the passenger side of the heavily branded 911 Plumbing van. At first, we shared the smallest moment, simply identifying the event before turning our attention back to Hepburn's tearstained cheeks. But it continued.

The cacophony of clipping was unwavering, unyielding, and uninterrupted for 10 minutes. We inspected the scene once more, checking to see the man had 10 fingers and was not hiding an extra between his thumb and forefinger. But alas, everything seemed normal, he was just a man, looking at his nails, asking them to love him.

I only hope the services 911 Plumbing provides are as thorough and takes as much care as this man took with his afternoon pruning.

This company is completely bankrupt of morals. I called on a Friday at 11:30 PM because my toilet water would not stop running. I was told the visit would be $250, which is expensive but understandable given that it was a Friday night. The plumber arrived around 12:15 and replaced the valve in 30 minutes time. He then goes into his van and writes up a bill, charging me an additional $250 for the ""part."" As a lone woman in a house now at 1 AM, I am forced to give this stranger my credit card information. GOOGLE THIS - a valve costs all of $10, and furthermore WHAT IN THE WORLD would ever cost $500. After repeated calls to the 911 plumbing dispatcher both from me and my landlord, we are still unable to talk to the manager and they went ahead and processed the $500 on my credit card for a simple visit that I was informed would be half the price. NEVER EVER GO HERE. These people are scum, and they have now made it so the only choice for me is to dispute the charge and for them to receive $0 as this kind of thing doesn't hold up in small claims court. If only they had fielded the call from me, we could have come to a solution -- but ""professional"" is not a word I would associate with this company. DISGUSTING is one I would use though.

Excellent service. I had a steady drip under the sink. I had to dump a pan of water every hour. They promptly returned my call and were able to assist me within an hour. Greg did a great job. He went above and beyond what I actually needed and he was very professional and tidy.

9PM on Sunday and our shower drain is overflowing. Called 911 Plumbing and Greg was over at our house within the hour to help us. After snaking the clean-out drain our problem was solved and he had good recommendations for how to proceed/prevent. Very courteous and professional service, would call again!

My shower knob broke off and the water would NOT stop running. My manager wouldn't pick up, so I tried calling a 24 hour plumbing service. All the other spots either would not answer, or promised a call back which I never received. Jumped on yelp and talked to George on the phone. My experience:
1. He was HONEST. Told me exactly what my problem was, how long it would take a technician to get to me at midnight on a weekend, and exactly how much I would expect to pay. I appreciated the honesty. He didn't pressure, and let me think about it.
2. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me even though I was still mulling over what to do. He insisted that I send him a picture to give him an idea of what I was dealing with.
3. Took me step by step on what I needed to do to turn my water off via texts, pictures, and phone call assistance.

He saved me hundreds, and didn't ask for anything in return. It was a simple fix, sure, but he could have had me call someone over or just have me waste tons of water overnight.

I have renewed faith in services like this....I really appreciate the time he took to help me out....in the middle of a saturday night at that. Damn.

When my garbage disposal broke, 911 sent Art out the same day. He was replaced it quickly and managed to preserve the pipes it was attached to sparing me additional costs. I highly recommend 911 Plumbing.

Greg was great. Came earlier than expected. Repaired our leaky supply line under the kitchen sink, neatly and efficiently. Very polite.
First time user and will call them again when needed.
