911 Plumbing and Rooter is a, seldom anymore seen, throwback to our grandfathers' era gone by. They go out of their way to provide honest diagnosis and old style craftsmanship at a more than fair price. I recently had a leaky tankless water heater. After doing some basic troubleshooting myself I was convinced replacement was my only option, as neighbors with similar problems had told me that our units were out warranty. I called 911 Pumbing and Rooter to replace my tankless water heater. Erik went the extra mile and working with the the manufacturer was able to get it replaced under warranty, saving me $3500 on parts! It is refreshing to know that this type of honest service still exists today! I highly recommend 911 Pumbing and Rooter!
