We are currently selling our home and needed to make sure our water softener is working. We had BJ Burgener come out to look at it and he determined it was not working and we would need to replace it, which we were anticipating. My Mother was the only person home at the time, and right when I walked in the door, BJ began to yell that there was water gushing and he needed to know where it came from. He was insistent it was coming from our bathrooms upstairs - however, only one person was home and no water was turned on. The minute my husband arrived and walked downstairs to see what was going on, his attitude changed. My husband looked in our furnace closet and said ""Why is this valve loose? This was taken care of by a qualified plumber quite a while ago. It hasn't been loose before, there's no reason it would be."" My husband tightened the valve and, to nobody's surprise, it continued working properly. BJ immediately began packing up and rushing out the door, stating we didn't owe him anything but a review. After further inspection on our end, it is very obvious that the valve was loosened. Unfortunately, we would never use this company again, nor recommend them.

Exactly honest person ! We would recommend [ 911 Plumbing heating & Air conditioning.! It was a simple fix that I missed but the gentleman was so honest , & patient with us on explaining what the issue was . The time he took to not only fix the issue but also educating us so we knew how to go about trying to fix it if I happened again really shows that they do care about their customers ! Once again we would recommend them to anyone !!

I had problems with my pipes the last 3-4 years making noises every time I turned on the water and had asked around how to get it fixed. I got different advice from different plumbers and checked the local neighborhood Facebook webpage where to find a good plumber. The past plumbers I think messed up the pipes because they started making noises after i had a water softener put in by Superior Water and Air. The noise got worse and i was worried it might cause more problems down the road. I tried one that several people referred on the fb page, 911 Plumbing. They were awesome. They saved me $730. I had several plumbers come out to give me a price to fix the plumbing issue I had, all expensive solutions. I had one plumber going to replace a valve for me he said would fix the problem for $730. I decided to get another opinion first and tried out 911 plumbing. They came out and tried some tests, adjusted the pressure and fixed it with no costs. They said it wasn't hard to fix it and didn't charge anything! It was awesome, they were great! They also gave me a far better price for changing the filters on my osmosis system than other companies I've asked.

I've lived in Salt Lake City for 6 years now and I've never had central air conditioning. It's embarrassing to admit, but for the past four years I've been propping up window units throughout my house with sticks and blocks of wood that I've found in my yard and garage and used duct tape to seal them from the elements. Looking back I don't know why I went through all this trouble when I should've just gotten central air all along.

All that to say, this year I finally was like, what am I doing? And made the decision to finally install central air in my home. BJ and his team came and looked at my home, explained to me in the simplest terms what needed to be done, and were able to get started with the install the following week. I was so appreciative of how he explained the whole process, especially because I know absolutely nothing about air conditioning units. He was very thorough and direct, and I trusted him and his team immediately.

I was out of town while they were doing the majority of the install, and felt so comfortable with them being in my house while I was gone. BJ always reached out and let me know when they would be entering my home, and was very communicative about when they would be stopping by.

Since the install a week ago, I've had a couple of questions and BJ has been extremely responsive. I texted him a question on Sunday night and he responded right away and had his team at my house to fix the issue on Monday morning.

I met with several different companies while I was looking to do the install, and BJ was the most responsive and the best price that I was able to find during my search. Thank you BJ & team for doing an incredible job! This was a big step for me, and I was so comfortable using them for this decision.

BJ installed a new A/C system recently and we are very happy with the quality of the service provided. Before the installation, BJ came out to craft a proposal, which was thoughtful and fair - I sensed that there was no desire to add unnecessary work/expenses from his end. Despite unexpected difficulties on the day of installation, he and the rest of the crew were able to make it happen in a timely manner. BJ even went out to purchase the thermostat of my choice on my behalf after I forgot to do so.

I will definitely call BJ and his family for any future plumbing work we need done!

We've had to use 911 plumbing a couple of months ago when we discovered that the heater had broken in my late father's vacant home. They were able to come out, even as busy as they were and got it fixed by the next day. They were professional and affordable. Fast forward to today when the same house needed to be looked at because we were told there was a major leak somewhere. We are getting this house ready to sell so we cannot have issues like this popping up and not resolve them quickly. I called and BJ was out within 2 hours. He located the problem and shut off the sprinklers because that's where the leak was. I am in Southern California and so I have to trust that whomever is handling it is trustworthy and honest and reliable. 911 plumbing is all of the above.

I am an installer that was working on a customers thermostat and accidentally blew a fuse because I was not familiar with Utah air conditioning. BJ was awesome and came out late night last minute notice and helped me resolved customers air conditioning unit because the family was pretty cold throughout the day with no heater. Definitely recommend this company, quick response and awesome Tech that even went to the extent of teaching me what I could've done to prevent issue from happening
