Where do I start... Javier is honestly the most honest and straight up plumber I've ever encountered. I was referred to him by a friend so I gave him a call. My wife and I had just moved into our new home in Escondido and we wanted/needed some serious work done to our entire plumbing system. His craftmanship was amazing and he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. If he noticed anything out of the ordinary, he brought it to our attention without him trying to upsell anything. He genuinely told us what he would do if it were his home. He took care of and/or replaced the following in our new home all for an incredibly reasonable price. He ended up giving us a good discount because all of the work we needed him to do.

- Replaced 20+ angle stops throughout our home on every sink and toilet
- Installed 3 brand new (power flushing) toilets in which he sourced
- Installed 6 new faucet sink trim kits that I had purchased
- Installed our RO system that we had from our previous home
- Replaced our master bathroom shower and tub trim kits
- Snaked out and cleaned up our master shower drain
- Replaced both of our shower handle stems
- Checked on and inspected our water heater
- Checked our home water pressure regulator

He even removed and then replaced some wet drywall from a small leak in our master shower bathroom. Javier is the man and can honestly do everything. Not to mention he is extremely responsive to calls. He would come at the end of his work day and/or on weekends if he had to just to make sure the work was done. Don't go with any other plumber. My kitchen sink flooded the floor and I began the search for a plumber. After 5 inquiries for availability and bids (which were not reasonable for our situation), I came across 911 Plumbing. I called and spoke to Mike regarding our issue and he provided a bid that was extremely reasonable. I also texted him a photo of the issue and he responded quickly to my text.

Mike and his son were fabulous. They arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem. He also gave us the root cause for why it happened.

Mike and his son were extremely nice and we're lucky to have found them.

We'll be keeping their contact for any other mishaps we might encounter and refer them to any friends and family.

I have used Michael for the past 12-13 years. He is always does a good job. Over the years I have used him about ten times. This month was for a second water heater. The last one lasted 12 years. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday, I heard a loud boom and thought it was an earthquake. Nope, it was a burst pipe. I called and they answered the phone right away around 730pm on a Sunday. He offered a technician same night or the morning after. I needed same night so Javier came within an hour and from start to finish, did an exceptional job. On time, polite and thoroughly explained the situation and my options. Being a female, sometimes I'm cautious of how people will try to take advantage and change me more or tell me something I wouldn't understand. Javier didn't do that at all and I appreciated that. It's good to work with honest and helpful people. After her corrected our issue, he even took the time to analyze our pipes and give us suggestions and drying instructions/options as well. He didn't need to, it was late yet he really took the time to do so and I appreciated that as well.

I would highly recommend this company whether it's an emergency or not.
