I contacted the plumbing service because there was water accumulation in our garage due to a damaged pipe. The service representative showed up after a three-hour delay, but due to the weather, we understood he could have had a lot on his plate.

The person who accompanied him appeared to be in a peculiar state, causing him to speak in a disjointed manner. The worker's eyes looked unfocused and kept rolling back. I became uneasy, but Dillon assured me he was an alright person who had a strong accent that made him hard to understand.

They managed to fix the broken pipe, got the heat running, and told us they would return later that evening. We called and texted, but received no response. The following day, we reached out to someone else to finish the work so we could restore the water.

Later that afternoon, Dillon reached out to express regret for the lack of communication. He said he left his phone in a residence and was unable to get in touch. This seemed reasonable, and we requested to install a new heater in our garage. We gave a cashier's check for the full amount as per the contract we had to pay 60% upfront and all we had was the check.

He said he would get the heater and return shortly. However, nobody showed up. He didn't answer any calls, but eventually he texted that the wrong heater was sent and he was addressing the situation.

We informed him that we keep the Sabbath and if he was unable to finish by Saturday, we would need to wait until after Sabbath. The Sabbath came and went without any communication. The following Monday, he texted and promised to come install the heater. Yet, no one came.

The following day, he sent another message that he was coming to install the heater. I did not hear from him again. The check has been cashed. I recommend being wary of this service.
