Unprofessional, waited an hour for them to show up in the middle of the night for a main line back up, and the guy walked in the door and said ""not the main line nothing I can do, so pay my $150 for showing up after hours and call tomorrow for someone else to come"".
The next morning, dispatch defensively tells me I told them information I did not, and that it's my problem I told them what I did...cause I'm a plumber and can properly diagnose the house I've lived in 24 hours and clearly don't know what a basement is...had to call another company who came out the next day and diagnosed it as, that's right, a main line problem. They snaked my main line and all was repaired.
Don't waste your time with a company that won't even attempt diagnosis in an emergency.

Had an emergency in the middle of the night. Our regular 24 hour plumber was unresponsive until 8AM. Than unavailable until 1PM.
Called 911 Plumbing and they were here before 9AM. Thank you for your great and prompt service

terrible company dont use. they didnt do what they claim to do with my air conditioner. Said it was the compressor and it was not. Told me it would cost $3000 to fix plus installation. they are charging me $250 for poor service. AT Klemens came out fixed it in half hour for almost nothing . Telling me they will put a lien on my house and put me in collections. Sent me a past due notice and I never got one in the first place. Terrible company

We called 911 Plumbing for a sewer backup, during the week regular business hours. We were told they could come out in a few days or for an emergency service fee they could come now. When they got here the fee changed. Then there was a fee for using the roto machine, which I can understand, but when they left 45 minutes later it was to the tune of $450. I should have read the reviews first.

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I read a couple of other reviews, and it seems I am not the only one that has issues with workmanship and cost!
My roommate called for this company to come and snake our sewer drain. They showed up and didn't have the appropriate tool to even open the drain cover. So, they pulled a toilet, but had no luck. They then said they needed to go get a wax ring. I should have followed my instincts at this point. What plumbing company shows up without appropriate tools?
The next day they showed up, and still could not find the problem. They got a snake stuck in a different cleanout which they used 2 come-alongs to pull out. They left part of it in my pipes. They said I was good to go to use my upstairs bathrooms. Well, apparently not. They did not reset a toilet in the basement they had pulled, but did not reset it because..... you guessed it, they didn't have a wax ring with them! The plumbing backed up in the basement again.
They showed up a third day and still could not find the problem. I had repeatedly requested that they use their camera and locator. When they attempted to use the camera, they really couldn't tell what they were looking at apparently.
The fourth day they finally sent someone that said he knew what he was doing. He snaked one cleanout and told me that I had a broken line. He gave me an estimate to replace it. He advised that we not flush any t-paper, but bag it instead.
They didn't bother to even attempt to clean up the mess they made. My carpet is stained, mud tracked throughout, my oak stairs are scratched. Nice job.
I finally called a different company. They scoped and snaked the line. Lo and behold, there was still a clog in the line that was supposedly snaked by 911 Plumbing! The second company cleared the line and jetted it. They found 3 issues completely different than 911 did. One was actually visible with the naked eye!! They got the line cleared and fully usable for now.
I received a bill from 911 Plumbing for over $3000. $2475 was for labor alone!! I called the owner. He talked to his ""technicians"". They apparently flat out lied about what they had ""done"". I confronted the owner with the ""quality"" of his company's work. I pointed out that the employees had NOT done what they had told him they did, did NOT have the proper tools, and did NOT know what they were doing. I asked the owner for an adjustment on my bill and invited him to my home so I could show him what I was talking about. He refused both.
Today I received a notification that he is going to file a construction lien on my home! WHAT!!?? He wants $2475 in labor for a slip-shod, half done job that actually may have caused more damage to my plumbing than when he started!
911 Plumbing did a poor job, was ill prepared with both tools and supplies, inept at the work they did ""do"", did not solve the problem, and left my home a wreck. When I attempted to reconcile, it was no dice. I would be happy to pay them a fair amount for what they did do, but they will not negotiate. I don't appreciate liars and thieves. DONT USE!

We used 911Plumbing and Heating to winterize our home and they did a good job removing the water from our pipes and adding antifreeze to prevent freezing. When we returned back to our property after being away for several months we were told that we needed to have them come back to remove the antifreeze in the pipes and turn on the water. When the technician arrived we were informed that the only thing we needed to do was open our water valves under the sinks. Apparently he wasn't concerned about the antifreeze in the city water supply. We took it upon ourselves to open all water valves while the technician remained in our kitchen. The only thing he did was to look at our tankless, water heater and give us the nod it was on. All of this took less than 15 minutes of work that we did... not the technician. ,

We learned that day that we really didn't need the technician to do this minor act and should have informed of this in the first place. We called the company to dispute the $160.00 charge. We offered to pay for the 15 minutes the technician stood in our kitchen but the company wouldn't consider it. We were told that the technician checked for leaks which he did not. If he had, he would have found two water faucets with running water which we discovered after the technician left our property. (Our shower head had water coming thru it and one of our outside faucets was open with running water).

We don't have a problem paying for a job well done. We do have a problem when we have been charged for work they didn't do. This could have all been avoided if there was good communication in the first place that we really didn't need the technician and good faith when we offered to pay for the 15 minutes of the technician being on our property but was flatly turned down. We will seek a more reputable firm to help us with our needs in the future.

I have had several dealings with this company. Since we live in the country it is hard to find someone to come out here. However, when every trip costs $500 just for transportation, you hope the tech comes prepared. That has not been our experience. One time they came out just to trouble shoot even though we told them what was wrong and sent them many pictures of the system. It became a pattern of one thing adding up to many things. Finally, we found through friends another company and they fixed something for $500.00 including transportation that we had already sunk $1500.00 in and still had no heat or hot water. I have no faith in 911 Plumbing and Heating.

The only plumber to use in the Great Falls area! Professional, knowledgeable personnel that responded quickly. We needed an on-demand water heater for our off-the-grid cabin, and they gave us a fair quote and stood by it. It took three days of hard work and we finally we had hot water for the first time. We will choose this plumbing company for all our future needs.
