A/C not cooling and having around 100 people in & out of our house after a death in the family. 911 answered right away & offered to have someone out within one-two hours on a Sunday. After the appointment was scheduled, a neighbor came by to help & got the AC working again. They were very gracious & understanding when I told them it was fixed & they didn't need to come. We will definitely call them the next time we are in need. Thank you 911!

A/C troubles are every Phoenician's worst nightmare. There's nothing quite like the suspense and discomfort of not knowing what's wrong with your lifeline in the desert, when it'll be fixed, and how much it will bite out of your wallet.

I frantically dialed several HVAC companies (starting at 7am) and was told the earliest someone could be out was 5 hours...10 hours...6 DAYS!! (Note to that last one, maybe spend a little less money on your sappy radio advertising budget and more on manpower!)

Imagine my relief when I called 911 Heating and Cooling and the friendly voice on the other end told me she could send a technician in an hour.

Kyle arrived promptly and went to work translating my caveman-like explanation of 'cold wind no work now?' as he immediately honed in on the potential sources of the problem.

Kyle patiently explained his diagnostics in terms I could understand and was able to identify and fix the issue in under a half-hour.

His efficient demeanor and comprehensive knowledge reflect well on this company. They will be first on my list to call if I ever have another A/C crisis. Keep up the great work!

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Called about six different places. 911 was the only place that was able to come out same day. Kyle was very friendly and fixed the problem quickly! They even had to deal with the weird and backwards service company our property management uses, and they didn't skip a beat regardless.

Kyle and the service manager were both amazing. And Tammy was SO nice whenever I called. She also kept me updated, which was wonderful.

I don't leave reviews. In fact, this is only my 2nd one but well deserved. So, today is Sunday and everything was going easy-peasy until all of sudden around 3:30 pm my A/C decided it wanted to retire. Thankfully, this is not a 120 degree weekend so I actually thought I could deal with it until Monday...but then it started to get hotter. Maybe the heat was affecting my sanity. I called around and spoke to 2 other companies that told me they couldn't come out. So, I found 911 and called the after hours #. A pleasant woman answered and I told her my A/C is blowing out warm air. She said ""Ok, let me see who I can get to go out there"" and asked to put me on hold. She came back on the line and said a tech can be out w/in an hour. WOW! So, about 45 mins later - not even an hour - I get a knock on the door and Jeff introduces himself. He's very friendly and gets right to work. About 10 mins later I start feeling cool air. He tells me the fuses blew and had to be replaced. He only charged me $60 and the service call fee was $119 (because, as the woman explained to me on the phone when I asked if it was a FREE service call as stated on their website, it's a weekend and an emergency). Pretty high for a service call, but the service was excellent. I'm SO HAPPY I found them on Yelp.

My garbage disposal stopped working so my landlord had them come out. They were in and out in no time and now I have a new working garbage disposal. The guy that came out was very nice and made sure to be very quite because my daughter was sleeping.
