89$ Leak Detection

I feel to compelled to update my prior review because now that the leak was finally found & fixed, Gary's inconclusive diagnose was even worse than I originally thought. Yeap, about 50 feet off! Again, if there was a zero stars or a minus star rating, that's what I would have rated. What a waste of money that was! Don't waste yours. Oh, and those reviews on their site, they are hand-picked. Mine was immediately removed. p.s. - I am not in San Francisco. I am in Seminole, FL

Gary came out on the Saturday of labor day weekend to help us find a leak in the house. We were sure it was our roof or our plumbing. Of course, we were completely wrong. Within 2 minutes, Gary figured out it was our AC line, and he helped fix the problem. Still need an HVAC guy to finish the job, but I am so happy we decided to use $89 leak detection to identify the true cause of the issue!

Arrived quickly and did a good job, it was a bit tricky but he worked until it was solved, price exactly as advertised. If I am unfortunate enough to have another problem I will call Gary right away.

Gary came out on a Sunday, went well above and beyond to find our issue and to insure were were in a good position for a plumber to do our repair. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has a need.

If you want to spend $275 and NOT FIND the leak, this is the company to call. Beside spending the $275, you will get NO FLAGS to mark the possible leak area for the plumber and a simple pencil drawing that doesn't mark sense. We were told """"its not a perfect science"""". Well if its not a perfect science, you shouldn't charge $275 if you CAN'T find the leak. We were also told """"its an art form"""". If its an art form, they are amateur artists. On a side note.... its not $89 as printed on the side of the van (Marketing Hook), it $138 ($89 + $49 Service Call). We clearly told them that the water line from the meter that runs to the house is between the tree and the landscaping wall. This should have at least helped in understanding where the possible leak could be because we had a leak from tree root about 7 years ago in that area. I highly recommend using another leak detection company.
