We called and they came out within 30 minutes and charged $88 for a drain clogged in my sink. They were in and out in 20 minutes. There's a reason they have almost 5 stars. Would recommend again and again.

One word, amazing!
The customer service and communication was excellent, they were able to fix my drain in a timely manner and then put me in shock when I got the bill, it was way lower than expected!!!
I'm used to so many places ripping people off and charging outrageous rates that it was a pleasant surprise to find a place honest and fair.
It really made my day and I was very happy with them.
I will definitely use them again and will recommend to others

Our master bathroom shower backed up on Wednesday. 88Drain came out at noon and fixed the back up in under 30 minutes!

Zack was friendly, kind and so helpful. Our experience was positive from beginning to end with this plumbing company. They answer the phone, are responsive and provide great value! We're so happy you fixed our plumbing issues so quickly!!

While they fixed the plumbing they left a mess and then tried to claim my floors were not damaged by them but somehow got grease (like from a drain snake) on them some other way. The grease cannot even be mopped up and was tracked in streaks from the waiting room lobby to the break room/kitchen, making my clinic floors look horrible in that area.
Hugh was rude when I asked him to send his guys back to clean the floors, which I did right after they left. They left without checking in with me and I simply came out of my office to see the mess they left. Hugh accused me of lying about the floors. Seriously? who has time for that? I assumed as a business person he would take care of his customers not accuse them of lying. He even refused to come see the floors for himself, and see how the damage is only in the areas where his workers were traveling back and forth. He left me know choice but to contact the BBB and write reviews online.

These guys are responsive and reasonably priced. I have had great service from 88Drain at a good price. Other plumbers have given me a price based on taking the power auger off the truck but not these folks.

Used Choice Home Warrantee to set up a repair for my leaky toilet.
Drain88 called us quickly to set up an appointment.
Had an appointment set up for the next day.
Mylan and Alex were here early and got the job done within 20 minutes.
Both were courteous and business like.
Very happy with the office to work with us to set up the appointment.
Can't comment on the price because with Choice I only pay $45 for the service call.
This is the 2nd time we used Drain88 and both times the work was done well.
Nice job, highly recommend.

I wanted to give place a 3 star, but I'm giving it a 4.

My first experience with this company was extremely positive. Plumber was nice, professional and on time. Not to mention, he got the job done! If I was going off my first experience It would get a 5 star review. Because my experience was so positive, I decided to use them again for another plumbing issue. The second time around, was a slightly different experience...

I called to make an appointment hoping they would get there the same day, unfortunately they couldn't, which is completely understandable. They advised they could get there the next day between the hours of 2pm-6pm. After multiple phone calls to the business, the plumbers didn't show up until around 6:30pm. They said they were busy. In speaking with the office, they sounded rushed and I almost got to the point of calling them to cancel and going with another company as we waiting for 4 1/2 hours for them to show up. Not to mentioned rearranged the day to make sure someone would be home when they got there.

Now when the plumbers arrived they were friendly and extremely helpful. They took care of the issue and were done within 30 mins or so.

While my first and second experience were different, I still would very much recommend this company. In fact, I will use them again if I have a future need. Next time, I'll just try to confirm they are not as booked as last time.

These guys are FANTASTIC.

I had a clog that prevented me from using my washing machine. They came over, introduced themselves & got right to business.
Very professional & masked.
Broke up the plug, cleaned up and left all within 30/40 minutes.

Looked like it was going to be a bad day Wednesday morning as I watched my shower and bathtub fill up with backed up sewer mess. 88 Drain was called and arrived within the hour. Dylan and Riley got right to work and in a short while my drains were running again. Very professional and reasonably priced. I'll call them first for any future problems.
