Used Choice Home Warrantee to set up a repair for my leaky toilet.
Drain88 called us quickly to set up an appointment.
Had an appointment set up for the next day.
Mylan and Alex were here early and got the job done within 20 minutes.
Both were courteous and business like.
Very happy with the office to work with us to set up the appointment.
Can't comment on the price because with Choice I only pay $45 for the service call.
This is the 2nd time we used Drain88 and both times the work was done well.

My first experience with this company was extremely positive. Plumber was nice, professional and on time. Not to mention, he got the job done! If I was going off my first experience It would get a 5 star review. Because my experience was so positive, I decided to use them again for another plumbing issue. The second time around, was a slightly different experience...

I called to make an appointment hoping they would get there the same day, unfortunately they couldn't, which is completely understandable. They advised they could get there the next day between the hours of 2pm-6pm. After multiple phone calls to the business, the plumbers didn't show up until around 6:30pm. They said they were busy. In speaking with the office, they sounded rushed and I almost got to the point of calling them to cancel and going with another company as we waiting for 4 1/2 hours for them to show up. Not to mentioned rearranged the day to make sure someone would be home when they got there.

Now when the plumbers arrived they were friendly and extremely helpful. They took care of the issue and were done within 30 mins or so.

While my first and second experience were different, I still would very much recommend this company. In fact, I will use them again if I have a future need. Next time, I'll just try to confirm they are not as booked as last time.

These guys are FANTASTIC.

I had a clog that prevented me from using my washing machine. They came over, introduced themselves & got right to business.
Very professional & masked.
Broke up the plug, cleaned up and left all within 30/40 minutes.

Looked like it was going to be a bad day Wednesday morning as I watched my shower and bathtub fill up with backed up sewer mess. 88 Drain was called and arrived within the hour. Dylan and Riley got right to work and in a short while my drains were running again. Very professional and reasonably priced. I'll call them first for any future problems.

they do not guarantee their work, The professionalism of the office has a a lot to be desired. The bill is never what they advertise it to be. We had used them for several year in the past with no problem, but lately they have gone down hill, Time to find a new drain service!!!!

We had a blockage in the main drain and had sewage come into the tub. Called and was given an appointment window between 12-3. They called and were going to be late. Once Hugh got here went right to work and fixed the problem. Super fast &efficient very affordable I would recommend them to everyone.

When I first moved into my house in July, I called one of the larger, plumping companies. They told me their normal rate for snaking a shower drain was $275, but they were running a deal and it was only $100. It also took three days to get them to my house. Not a really professional group and tactless in their upselling techniques.

I needed the kitchen line cleared (old house) right before the holiday and called 88 Drain. They were there in 20 minutes, happened to be in the neighborhood, and their standard fee is less than $100, likely because this is their main business. Extremely polite and professional guys. They will be my go-to until I get the house re-plumbed.

Drain cleaning is about the only thing these guys do.

We had a really exorbitant estimate from another company, who we decided not to use. I called 88 Drain because another plumbing company could not come out an recommended them.

We got the dreaded 9-12 window on a Saturday. They showed up 9:05. Almost before I answered the door, they had the ladder up and the snake unloaded from the truck.

20 minutes and $75 later, they had the job done. Hugh has been in this business for almost 40 years, so he knows drains. If your not in need of a full service plumber and just need a drain snaked, he's your guy.

88 Drain was recommended to us by MacInnis Plumbing, who does not do drain snaking and said they use 88 Drain themselves. The guy from 88 Drain showed up in the window and got both of our drain issues cleared. Couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again if we get another clog.

Awesome company! Very affordable, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. They're not in it to take your money and scam you. Only downside is they only do minor plumbing issues, like drain problems, replacing things etc. Other than that, these guys have been awesome for both myself and a family member while we were having plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
