Horrible communication. Service was never completed. I paid for absolutely nothing. I had someone else fix my issue because he was not able to. Did not hear from or see him for weeks.

Aries installed a dishwasher in my home. Shortly after the installation, we noticed a water leak under our tile after, so we called Aries and he said turn off the cold water and he'd be back to fix the problem-I haven't heard from him November 9, 2024. I've tried contacting him and his wife, KaTara but no one has responded to me-BAD BUSINESS!!! We attend the same church and to add more insult to the injury, he DRUG the dishwasher out of my home, damaging my wooden floor and stairs. I try to support BLACK OWNED businesses but this type of experience makes me not want to support them. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company!!!!

At least he showed up; this guy is a great scam artist. Charged me $150 just to come in & say bad tiling is what was causing the leaks from my shower. I had another contractor come the next day for a second opinion & they literally fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Please don't waste your time or money with these unprofessionals

They are a part of my home warranty provider. Very unprofessional and condescending. First thing they want to tell you is that what ever they may have to repair probably is not covered. Tried to replace my appliance a cheaper device.

ripped us off. Used my warranty company and they sent 822 plumbing. Guy was a dishonest hustler. Replaced our faucet with an very inferior part stating it would cost $250 for the comparable part cause it wasn't covered but it was covered and didn't put the faucet in correctly which caused major damage to floor board and outside panel on house.

He was assigned to me by my home warranty. He came into my property with a gun with no regard to me or my kids. He also tried to scam me, he told me a piece was missing from my faucet which would automatically get my claim denied. Luckily I did not stick with his evaluation and requested a second opinion from the warranty company and just like I thought Aries was lying. There was no piece missing and the second contractor confirmed this and it was actually covered by the insurance. He put the information to get my claim denied so I would have to pay him directly. When I asked him how much it would be it was over 200 dollars for the work to be done by him. The second contractor was able to come out get the work done and it was covered by the warranty company and no piece was missing. Definitely a fraud contractor.
