Have hired Sergio a few times now to do a job for our softball fields. He installed to scheme doors, and door on the inside and fixed a frame of a shed door that previously snapped in half. Having expected the work, he really did quality job and did extra to tech weld the bolts so they could not be unscrewed by robbers. We recently had the pleasure of working with Sergio and his team for several tasks around our home, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their work. From start to finish, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and affordability.

The really hard task was soundproof a sliding barn door, it's challenging because it required a gap between the wall and the barn door so it can slide. We didn't know if it would work in the beginning, but Sergio took a look and started working. The result is great and we couldn't be more happier.

He and his team also did bunch of other tasks, including painting the walls, installing and mounting cabinet, fixing/replacing some loosen basin stopper/drawer, replacing and installing the lock and installing security camera etc. They were fast and professional, and always ask if there is a question to make sure we are on the same page.

I have been using Sergio for close to 2 1/2 years now. He's done amazing work. He landscaped my backyard in my past house. He put pavers down with an amazing quote. He also built a handmade fence as well as a dog run. He's reliable trustworthy and gets shit done fast.

At the beginning just threw out one ""estimate"" $5,000 just for labor then during text exchange ""escalated"" it into $10,000 by disregarding verbal agreement we had and trying to upswell unnecessary stuff. No breakdown of pricing, no labor estimate. While largest corporations in USA pay millions to their MBAs to come up with proper pricing which are usually within several cents of margin, his pricing is based ""exclusively"" on $5,000 ""increments"". COMICAL! Look photo what "" architectural design"" he gave me to me to build a complex structure on a hillside house without geological survey.
