Great responsive service! My plastic Manabloc valve key broke several years back, and at a neighbor's recommendation, I called 808 Plumbing and they mailed me a free replacement key! Wow - that was a life saver! The replacement key was heftier than the really cheap, original key that came with the house. Recently my water valve stems were starting to drip intermittently when turning them, and since my house had passed the 20-year mark, it was time to change them out. So I emailed Bryan and within a couple of days, he responded. I had to reschedule very last minute due to some personal reasons, and they were really nice about it. So 23 of my valve stems are replaced ($300 + tax), peace of mind and one less thing to worry about! Nice, cordial and friendly service - highly recommended!

My sister is a property mgr so when I had asked her to refer a plumber to me, I knew I could trust her recommendation. Bryan and Spencer were prompt, communicated nicely and were personable, yet very efficient. They fixed 3 minor issues and one BIG (hair ball) clog in my shower drain. They competed the job in 40 min! I contacted the 808 Plumbing & Services for a leaky valve on an outdoor main waterline and the owner and his assistant showed up later that day (he had 2 previously scheduled stops and was still able to fit me in). After they showed up, they were extremely professional and got right down to business. Suctioned the water out of the main receptacle and after finding the problem, explained what it was and fixed in in about 10 minutes. Valve needed new wrapping and tightening. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company!

Spencer did an awesome job! He took time to explain the problems and gave us options for repairs. One of our showers only had hot water and two of our toilets were running. He came in, did an assessment and did have to get some parts, but was able to finish within a couple of hours. We're very cautious about who we let in our home, but were so comfortable from the initial phone call till they came out to do the work. Thanks again

We've used Bryan and Spencer to do it all: install two Toto toilets; install a kitchen disposal; clear a gross clogged pipe; fix a frozen bathtub drain; fix a leaky bathroom faucet; replace a water heater; and fix a broken pipe valve. Each time, we were very pleased with their service and friendly demeanor, and we would definitely use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about their great service. I am selling my house in a few days and another company wanted thousands of dollars and said I needed to replace the entire manifold box and all the connections even though only one connection was leaking. 808 came out on 1 day notice and inspected the entire system. Fixed the one small leak and repaired two others that were in bad shape. They saved me thousands compared to the plumber who wanted to replace everything.

I only wish I came across Bryan of 808 Plumbing sooner! He is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. My 30 year old condo had a leak with a 16 port manabloc that's discontinued by the manufacturer. Bryan knew exactly the right solution and it was a speedy and an efficient one. He recommended to use a readily available 18 port and cap off the extra 2 which was exactly what the manufacturer recommended. He has the needed skills to make any adjustments needed while not every plumber does. I can't say enough of my appreciation for Bryan!!!
