At first, they weren't available when we requested a plumber while we demolished our kitchen cabinets for renovation, but they were available after we reinstalled and the father and son team did a great job reinstalling the difficult piping through the cabinets since the cabinets were not exactly the same measurements as the old ones. They took a while, but they charged us a very reasonable rate for installing our sink and disposal. They also checked one of our valves that the first plumber installed and tightened it for us because it was loose. I will definitely use them again for their expertise and great customer service and reasonable price.

We had water seeping into our tile and grout and we didn't know where it was coming from. We thought perhaps a few bathtub or shower splashes? Slowly the lower walls looked a little discolored, so a friend recommended we call 808 Plumbing. We did, and Tracey came out the same day to take a look. He did all sorts of tests with specific instruments to detect if there was a leak from a faucet, toilet, plumbing issue, bathtub leak or what. He also checked to see if there was any moisture in the walls. Well there was a leak from the toilet, which ruined the grout, and there was moisture in the walls from the toilet having a slow leak. He worked on the problem and fixed the toilet, put in new parts, cleaned the grout where he worked and told me to check with my insurance on the moisture-laden walls. I appreciate his knowledge and being so conscientious to make everything work again. He is not just an expert in his field, but one who cares about helping his customers understand what is going on with their plumbing issues.

Bryan arrived on time with the correct parts and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up so well that I didn't have to clean up after him...and I am fastidious! Their rates are reasonable for plumbers. I highly recommend this company.

First - skilled laborers are seemingly harder to find these days. Second - they are BUSY! With all that being said, my kiddo admitted to flushing a large cap down the toilet after I broke my plunger trying to clear the clog... I called 808 plumbing and he assessed the urgency of us being without that toilet so that he could prioritize my call with actual emergencies. He was able to come in a couple days and snake it out. Very friendly and priced reasonably!

I only wish I came across Bryan of 808 Plumbing sooner! He is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. My 30 year old condo had a leak with a 16 port manabloc that's discontinued by the manufacturer. Bryan knew exactly the right solution and it was a speedy and an efficient one. He recommended to use a readily available 18 port and cap off the extra 2 which was exactly what the manufacturer recommended. He has the needed skills to make any adjustments needed while not every plumber does. I can't say enough of my appreciation for Bryan!!!

A friend recommended me to 808 Plumbing and Services when I mentioned that I just bought a condo and would like to replace the toilets in the apartment as a way to freshen up the apartment and make some small touches to make it feel like home (not too mention...it just felt cleaner to have brand new toilets to use). Bryan and Spencer were fantastic to work with from the very first contact. I reached out to them and they were very responsive. I mentioned that my toilets seem to be shorter than average due to my bathroom counter extends over the top of the toilet, but they were able to order the toilets that would fit and were able to quickly put me on their schedule to get it installed. I was very happy with how quickly they were able to do the install as my condo gives a limited amount of time to do plumbing work. Then, a few months later, I had a leak in my kitchen drainage pipe...so I essentially couldn't run water down my kitchen sink. I reached out to Spencer and he was able to come by the next day to check out the issue. I was so thankful that they were able to get me on their schedule in a few days time to repair the leak. Spencer was able to repair the leak in a short few hours. Talk about quick work! If you have any plumbing issues or needs, I highly recommend 808 Plumbing.

I cannot say enough about their great service. I am selling my house in a few days and another company wanted thousands of dollars and said I needed to replace the entire manifold box and all the connections even though only one connection was leaking. 808 came out on 1 day notice and inspected the entire system. Fixed the one small leak and repaired two others that were in bad shape. They saved me thousands compared to the plumber who wanted to replace everything.

I have the manabloc system in my home. I had originally called another plumbing company on the island and received a Ridiculous quote. A friend of mine told me about 808 plumbing and how reliable they were so I decided to give them a call. They gave me a quote that was a third of what I was originally quoted from the other company, and they did the job in less than half the time. I highly recommend this company. I can't say that enough. We need more HONEST businesses like this!!!!!!
