Last week, Julio came to my house in Westlake Village, CA. and cleared out my Traps and unclogged our drains and pipes in our main Bathroom Sink and Toilet. He and his assistant were great and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

They were extremely courteous to my wife, and even came in UNDER budget on the project !

Excellent customer service right from answering the phone to the end of the visit. I have a tub that wouldn't drain properly, gave them a call and spoke with Julio the owner. I had no issues scheduling a visit for the same afternoon and came over in the scheduled time frame.

Took a quick look at the type of tub (it's an older tub) and quoted me a price for snaking the drain. Quickly solved the issue and the tub is draining like it should. Payment was fair and has military appreciation so don't hesitate to contact Julio as 805 Sewer & Plumbing has fair prices and excellent customer service that's worth your time and money.

So of course the day we are supposed to have company over the toilet goes out. I frantically call several plumbers and only a few actually answered the phone. But of course they all can't get here til Monday. Then I see the yelp account for JC Plumbing and they answer and can be here in the next hour. Wonderful so I agreed. Julio came out with Uncle Pete and got to work on the issue. Found out I needed a new toilet so went to Home Depot but Julio was honest and said I didn't need one after it finally unclogged. But I figured I already bought it so might as well install. Julio told me my bigger issue was the pipes had some sort of grout that had been dumped down the toilet, with the previous owner when they got work done. Julio was honest and told me my lines were great and it was just the hydro jetting I needed done to flush it out of the pipes. So I agreed for the following week to do that. Well after the hydro jetting was done, shower clogged. So here I call Julio again and he comes out right away with his brother Tony who was here for the hydro jetting. They took care of it immediately. Now long and behold today toilet is clogged, new toilet btw. Julio told me he can be here this afternoon and was here once again with Uncle Pete.

Bottom line is if you need an honest plumber who knows his stuff then call Julio.
I mean I'm a woman and have no clue about plumbing. They could have easily told me it was a main line pipe and what not.
I wouldn't have known any better.

But nope, Julio is an honest kind person who will give you a fair price and amazing quality of work and someone you can depend on. The prices Julio charges are very reasonable. But most of all you're getting someone who will not try to rip you off to make money one time.

Rather you are getting someone in the plumbing industry you can trust and depend on.

Julio is my go to plumber for my home.
