We were experiencing shower/toilet drainage backup issues more often than expected. Our regular plumber was not available and we found Cesar and his crew on Yelp. They answered the phone straight away and came out later that same day for an inspection and initial assessment. Their intuition was spot on. To fix our old plumbing they dug under our slab to take out the old pipes and replace them with new pipes. They were always on time and communicated what they were doing the same way to my wife and I. They were very courteous and respectful of our property. I definitely would recommend 805 Plumbing & Sewer to anyone and we'll definitely be calling on them for any future plumbing needs.

Julio came to my house right away to fix what I thought was the angle stop in the bathroom. After he checked it out he told me the angle stop was fine and the faucet just needed to be flushed and ow it works great. I was expecting to pay him for his time even though he didn't have to fix the angle stop but he said no charge. How often does that happen???

Had our shower set replaced. There was a leak in the spout for several months. Found Cesar and his team on Yelp and we're happy with his work. He also replaced the cartridge in the shower. It was done in a timely manner.
We did have a minor concern a few days later but it was regarding the water pressure. I messaged him and he promptly replied and showed up. The fact, he replied and came almost immediately indicated to us great service.

After going through all the bids I ended up going with 805. They offered competitive pricing, great service during inspection and timely communication. They arrived just in the designated window and communicated during to let me know they were on the way. The work was done well, the work area was cleaned after and the final paperwork was well prepared. I would recommend 805 if you are looking for a variety of plumbing work.

Just days after we had our laundry and kitchen sink drain rerouted( by another company) we found our shower completely stopped up. Knowing it had nothing to do with the work we just had done, we called Julio to come out for the stoppage. This company responded via text on a Sunday and was out the following day. He was able to easily remove a large clump of hair in a matter of minutes. He refused to charge us or accept a tip. We have used them for our drains in the past and would not hesitate to do so again in the future. Trust is important when having services performed in your home, and we know and trust that 805 Sewer & Plumbing will not let us down.

What sold me on this plumbing company is not just the great repair job that they did to replace our old leaky threaded ball valve, and replace cracked PBC pipe with the copper pipe. But the honesty and willing ness to help customers.

When Sesar came to give me an estimate to fix our leaky valve, he noticed that the pressure monitor valve was also old, rusted and leaking a little. He suggested the pressure monitor valve should be replace and that I should do the job myself since it's an easy job. He told me where to buy the valve and gave me instructions how to replace it. He suggested this because I told him that I'm retired and live on a fixed income... By doing the job myself, I saved a couple hundred dollars, which he could have profited.

Very next day, he came with his helper and did a great job replacing a leaky valve and pipe. ALSO, he checked and corrected the job that I did on the pressure monitor valve.
