So of course the day we are supposed to have company over the toilet goes out. I frantically call several plumbers and only a few actually answered the phone. But of course they all can't get here til Monday. Then I see the yelp account for JC Plumbing and they answer and can be here in the next hour. Wonderful so I agreed. Julio came out with Uncle Pete and got to work on the issue. Found out I needed a new toilet so went to Home Depot but Julio was honest and said I didn't need one after it finally unclogged. But I figured I already bought it so might as well install. Julio told me my bigger issue was the pipes had some sort of grout that had been dumped down the toilet, with the previous owner when they got work done. Julio was honest and told me my lines were great and it was just the hydro jetting I needed done to flush it out of the pipes. So I agreed for the following week to do that. Well after the hydro jetting was done, shower clogged. So here I call Julio again and he comes out right away with his brother Tony who was here for the hydro jetting. They took care of it immediately. Now long and behold today toilet is clogged, new toilet btw. Julio told me he can be here this afternoon and was here once again with Uncle Pete.

Bottom line is if you need an honest plumber who knows his stuff then call Julio.
I mean I'm a woman and have no clue about plumbing. They could have easily told me it was a main line pipe and what not.
I wouldn't have known any better.

But nope, Julio is an honest kind person who will give you a fair price and amazing quality of work and someone you can depend on. The prices Julio charges are very reasonable. But most of all you're getting someone who will not try to rip you off to make money one time.

Rather you are getting someone in the plumbing industry you can trust and depend on.

Julio is my go to plumber for my home.

Read further not a mistake! I called JC Plumbing to come out and fix a bad Toilet Installation from a previous (3rd) company two days earlier. I called them directly to see if they had experience with my exact problem. I was impressed and invited them out. They made an appointment for the next day, called when on their way and came on time. When they arrived, I discovered that it was actually 805 Sewer & Plumbing as JC Plumbing was their original name, but I was impressed with the communication that was not there before. So, we were on our way to a new plumbing relationship. Julio took charge after quickly reviewing the problem and gave me my options. He then got to sawing, replacing the Flange for proper fit, in less than the 2 hours promised and even had to go to the parts store. I was really impressed with his attention to detail, as by now I knew what the procedure should be for a long-term fix and his steps were like music to my ears. I now knew he was really a level 5 Plumber. I just can't say enough good about the job that Julio and 805 Sewer & Plumbing did out here. They have my utmost respect
